柔性染料敏化太阳能电池材料制备工艺参数的优化

摘要:采用水热法制备TiO2纳米浆,与P25粒子和TiO2散射大粒子混合制成级配浆料。将所得的浆料涂敷在铟掺杂氧化锡–聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯导电聚合物基板上,并在120~150℃进行热处理制成光阳极薄膜。利用溅射法制备Pt对电极,将其组装成柔性的染料敏化太阳能电池(dye-sensitized solar cell,DSC)。研究了对电极溅射时间、TiO2薄膜热处理温度、膜厚以及级配浆料中的酸添加量对电池光电性能的影响。结果表明:当对电极Pt 溅射时间为30s,TiO2薄膜热处理温度为150℃,膜厚为10.5μm,浆料添加0.05 mol/L HNO3时,柔性DSC的光电性能最好,光电转换效率可达4.05%。

OPTIMIZATION OF FABRICATION PARAMETERS OF FLEXIBLE DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELLS

Abstract: A binder-free paste with a graded structure, which was composed of titania (TiO2) nano-particles synthesized by hydro-thermal method, titania particles named P25 and scattering large particles, was prepared. The TiO2 photoanode film was prepared on a conductive indium-tin oxide -coated polyethylene naphthalate plastic sheet in a temperature range of 120–150℃ by a doctor-blade method. The Pt counter electrode was prepared by an ion sputtering method. The effects of sputtering time of Pt counter electrode, heat-treatment temperature, thickness of TiO2 film and the acid content of the paste on the photovoltaic performance of the flexible dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) fabricated from the above materials were discussed. The results show that the flexible DSC has the highest light-to-energy conversion efficiency of 4.05% when the Pt sputtering time is 30 s, the acid content is 0.05 mol/L, the heat-treatment temperature is 150℃and the film thickness is 10.5μm.

自从Graetzel等[1]提出以染料敏化二氧化钛纳米薄膜作光阳极的光伏电池以来,染料敏化太阳能电池(dye-sensitized solar cell,DSC)以其低成本、无污染、工艺简单等优点被认为是未来光伏发电最有前景的发展方向之一。[2]具有可折叠性、便携性等优点的柔性DSC进一步拓宽了电池的应用范围,有较高的研究价值。

Zhang 等[3]通过优化柔性DSC的前驱体材料和辐射工艺,取得 3.27%的光电转换效率。Miyasaka 等[4]调整了薄膜制备工艺,采用刮涂法进行薄膜的低温制备获得了5.8%的光电转换效率。新工艺的不断研发为柔性DSC在工业生活中的应用提供了广阔前景。近期莫纳什大学[5]的研究人员研发出一款适于大规模生产的超薄柔性太阳能电池。
