发酵法生产透明质酸菌种的选育

摘 要 用物理方法紫外线、γ射线及辅助磁场筛选、 诱变兽疫链球菌, 研究获得性状优良、 产量相对稳定的透明质酸高产菌种, 透明质酸产量可稳 定在3~5 g/L。

Abstract Different mutation methods such as UV, γ-rays and γ-ray combined with magnet ic treatment were studied in the mutation of streptoccus zooepidemicus to ge t high production of hyaluronic acid (HA). A high HA production strain was obtai ned by the γ-ray combined with magnetic treatment, in which 3~5 g/L HA prod uced could reach.

引 言

透明质酸(Hyaluronic acid, HA)是一种大分子的粘多糖, 它是一种由β-D-N -乙酰氨基葡萄糖和β-D-葡萄糖醛酸为结构单元, 以β-1, 4-糖苷键连 接而成的一种链状高分子粘多糖。
