摘要

随汽车工业的发展和汽车保有量的增加,其大气环境的污染日趋严重。因此,世界各国已相应地制定法规标准,而且随着节能和环保意识的提高,对汽车排放控制的法规标准日趋强化。我国摩托车产品在不采取专门的净化措施的情况下,二冲程产品几乎达不到标准,每年将有400万辆摩托车排放不达标,形势非常严峻,因此研究摩托车排放控制技术非常重要。

针对车用二冲程发动机结构与原理的分析,调整车用二冲程发动机化油器的安装位置,采用催化转化技术,合理布置催化器并采用合乎规格的催化器。通过试验分析:对比控制前后排放性能。改进后二冲程发动机保持了体积小、重量轻、功率大、机构简单、维修方便等突出优点,同时又解决了其存在的油耗高、排气污染严重的问题。力争在不降低发动机动力性的基础上,实现二冲程发动机低排放、高效率和高经济的技术要求。
