300吨/年对羟基苯甲酸丁酯生产车间工艺设计

摘要

对羟基苯甲酸丁酯目前是世界上用途最广、用量最大、应用频率最高的一系列,在食品,医药,化妆品等多个领域得到广泛应用[1]。本文通过对几种催化剂的比较,决定选择使用浓硫酸为本次设计的生产工艺催化剂,并对羟基苯甲酸和正丁醇为原料,以环己烷为带水剂,进行对羟基苯甲酸丁酯的生产。该工艺过程简单,产品纯度高,是对羟基苯甲酸丁酯生产的一条高产、优质、低成本的有效途径。本设计了一个年产300吨对羟基苯甲酸丁酯的生产车间,在该工艺过程中,原料进料条件是25℃,1bar,对于一次反应,对羟基苯甲酸进料424.91Kg;正丁醇进料797.28Kg;浓硫酸进料4.50Kg;环己烷进料257.60 Kg。得到的产品的纯度是99.7%,收率是83.8%。此外,反应釜一年工作2400小时,年产量达到300吨。同时,对反应釜,精馏塔等进行物料衡算,对反应釜、对换热器等进行热量衡算,对釜体、精馏塔等进行设备评估。最后对产品的经济合理性、投资等进行分析,即投资估算,得到投资回收期为2.8年,对该工厂的财务、利润等进行评价,确认该工艺在经济上可行。最后通过计算和选型给出了生产工艺流程图,车间平面图和设备图。

PRODUCTION

ABSTRACT

Nipagin ester is not only the world's most widely used preservatives, but also used the most frequently. It's widely used in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Feed and Other Industrial Anti corrosion,it is also the Organic synthesis intermediates, but as an antiseptic in food is its main purpose.In this paper, Concentrated sulfuric acid was used as the catalyst of this production through selecting, and P-hydroxybenzoic acid and butanol were used as raw materials for production of propyl acetate. It is a high-yield, high-quality, low-cost effective way to product Butyl p-hydroxybenzoate with simple process and high product purity. A plant process of producting 300 tons Butyl p-hydroxybenzoate each year was designed. In one time ,the quantities of the materials of P-hydroxybenzoic butanol sulfuric acid and cyclohexane are 424.91kg,797.28kg,4.50kg,257.60 kg at 1 bar and 25℃,and the purity of the production reaches 99.97 percent, and the yield is 83.8 percent .In addition,the reaction kettle works 2400 hours a year ,and the quantity reaches 300 ton.Besides,We get the quality that each raw material needed through material balance and the heat that needed to pass to through heat balance;The economic rationality and

investment of the product were analysed; The finance and profits of the factory were evaluated, which values the period for recovery of investment is 2.8 years.,and confirms that it can work economically.The main product equipments was selected, and the production process flow diagram workshop floor plan diagram and equipment are finally drawed .
