摘要
开展大学生综合素质测评是促进大学生各项素质全面发展，推动高校改革教育管理模式和提高教育管理水平的一项重要措施。大学生综合素质测评已成为大学生评奖评优、就业推荐的重要依据。因此，结合实际和特色需求，因地制宜，运用现代化的软件工程技术开发一套科学、高效和具有推广价值的学生综合素质测评系统就显得尤为必要。
本文在分析国内其它高校学生综合素质测评系统先进经验的基础上，结合本校学生的特点，设计并实现了大学生综合素质测评系统。该系统是一套以综合素质测评为核心，包含学生信息模块、系统维护管理等模块的软件系统。此系统将现代化的软件开发技术运用于学生综合素质测评，实现测评的现代化。该系统技术构架采用Struts+Spring+Hibernate（SSH），数据库采用MySQL，网络结构模式采用B/S结构，减轻了系统部署上的麻烦。

ABSTRACT
To carry out the evaluation of the students’ comprehensive quality is an important measure,it can contribute to promote the various quality developments of the students,andthe reform of university education management,and to upgradethe management level of education as well. At the same time it has been the important basis for awards appraising,and employment recommendation.Therefore,the combination of needs and real situation,utilizing modern software engineering technology to develop a comprehensive quality evaluation system,which is scientific,efficient and of promotion value,is particularly necessary.
This paperanalyzedthecurrentsituation of evaluation system both at home and abroadandtheactual situationof university,and analyzed thefunctional requirements ofsystem.It proposed a set of evaluation system of students' comprehensive quality assessmentbased onAnalytic HierarchyProcess (AHP) to determine theindexweight,whichimplement thequantitative analysisof non-quantitativeeventeffectively.Itdesigned the system database and processing information,at the same time implementallfunction,andthentested such system at last.Ultimately,a set of functional and friendly-interfaced,easy operation,flexible configuration,Web-based students’ comprehensive quality evaluation system was developed.
论文分析了综合素质测评的国内外现状和学校实际情况，分析了系统的功能需求；提出了一套学生综合素质测评的评价指标体系，运用层次分析法（AHP法）确定指标权重，有效的实现了对非定量事件进行定量分析；设计了系统数据库和业务流程信息；完成了系统各Fra Baidu bibliotek模块功能的实现；对系统进行了全面测试。最终开发出了一套功能齐全、界面友好、操作简便、配置灵活的基于Web的学生综合素质测评系统。
In this paper,we learned from advanced experience of other domestic comprehensive quality evaluation system,and combined the characteristics ofuniversitystudents,finally designed and implemented the comprehensive quality evaluation systemfor university students.This system is a set of software with the comprehensive quality assessment as the core,contains student information module and system maintenance management module. This systemrealizedthe modernization of evaluation by use modern software development.The system utilized Struts + Spring + Hibernate(SSH)technology architecture. The database utilizedMySQL.B/S structurereducedthe trouble of systemdeployment.
