中文摘要

在现代企业的理财工作中,营运资金是企业日常经营所不可缺少的，营运资金的管理及实践始终占据着举足轻重的地位。所以做好营运资金的管理工作对于企业的运营有着举足轻重的作用。本文主要研究当前企业运营资金存在的主要问题有哪些，这些问题的成因是什么，并且针对企业资金管理问题提出如何完善企业运营资金管理的对策。重点是找出企业营运资金管理方面可能存在的问题和障碍，并为其找到一个确实可行的办法及对策。本文运用理论联系实际的方法、综合归纳的方法对课题进行研究，以科学的态度提出自己的观点。首先对企业资金运营情况进行大体的描述，说明企业资金运营的重要性，指出企业运营资金存在的问题以及他的成因，并最终提出解决这些问题的对策。为企业营运资金在企业中得到更好的利用提供了依据。

Enterprize Operating Funds Management Research

ABSTRACT

In the modern enterprise financial management work, operating funds is the enterprise daily management indispensable, working capital management and practice always featuring a pivotal position. So do working capital management work for enterprise's operation has a pivotal role. This paper mainly studies the current enterprise main problems of financing, what are the causes of these problems, and what is put forward for enterprise capital management, how to improve enterprise operation fund management countermeasures. Key is to find the enterprise operating funds management possible problems and obstacles, and for its find a really feasible measures and countermeasures. This paper USES the theory with practical methods, induction method to research, project with scientific attitude proposed own view. First to enterprise capital operation situation of general description, explains the importance of enterprise capital operation, and points out that the enterprise financing problems and his causes, and finally puts forward countermeasures to solve these problems. For enterprise operating funds in the enterprise get better use to provide the basis.
