口腔数字化技术在口腔修复临床中的应用作者:王省委

[摘要] 目的口腔數字化技术在口腔修复临床中的应用。方法方便选取该院2018年6月—2019年6月期间收治的68例口腔修复患者作为研究对象,按照平均随机法,将所有患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规口腔修复,研究组患者给予口腔数字化技术修复,随后评价患者修复效果、心理状况、不良反应发生率及生活质量。结果修复效果:研究组修复有效率97.06%相较对照组79.41%明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.100, P=0.024);心理状况:修复前,研究组患者心理状况相较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后,研究组心理状况(21.13±2.84)分、(21.32±2.63)分明显优于对照组(25.01±4.13)分、

(24.69±5.14)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.514、3.403,P<0.05);不良反应发生率:研究组不良反应发生率2.94%相较对照组23.53%明显偏低(χ2=6.275,P=0.012);生活质量:研究组日常生活功能(59.01±9.94)分,心理功能(67.98±8.89)分,社会功能(66.98±7.01)分及物质功能(69.12±8.03)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对口腔修复患者采用口腔数字化技术进行修复,既能提高修复治疗效果,改善患者心理状况,又能降低不良反应发生率,提高患者生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective The application of oral digital technology in clinical oral prosthesis. Methods From Conuenient selection June 2018 to June 2019, 68 patients who came to the hospital for oral prosthesis during this period were taken as the research objects. According to the average random method, all patients were divided into study group and control group. The control group received conventional oral prosthesis, the patients in the research group were given oral digital technology restoration, and then the patient's restoration effect, psychological condition,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were evaluated. Results Repair effect: the effective rate of repair in the study group was 97.06% compared with 79.41% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.100, P=0.024). Psychological status: Before repair, there was no statistically significant difference in the psychological status of the study group compared with the control group (P>0.05); after the repair, the psychological status of the study

group (21.13±2.84)points,(21.32±2.63)points was significantly better than the control group (25.01±4.13)points,(24.69±5.14)points, the difference was statistically significant

(t=4.514、3.403, P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions: the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.94% compared with 23.53% in the control group(χ2=6.275,

P=0.012). Quality of life: the study group's daily life function (59.01±9.94)points,psychological function (67.98±8.89)points, social function (66.98±7.01)points and material function (69.12±8.03)points were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of oral digital technology for dental prosthetic patients can not only improve the effect of prosthetic treatment, improve the psychological status of patients, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients.

目前,随着医疗技术的不断创新和发展,口腔数字化技术逐渐成为口腔医学的发展趋势,该技术以数字化硬件技术及软件技术代替了传统的口腔医疗模式,使得口腔诊断及治疗更加精确化、高效化。临床指出,多数患者出现口腔问题主要是由于不良的口腔习惯及紊乱的咬合关系等所致,患者出现口腔问题,不仅会影响患者的咀嚼功能,还会导致患者出现营养不良现象,降低患者生活质量。口腔修复作为口腔医学的重要组成部分,相较常规的口腔修复技术,口腔数字化修复技术如今已成为牙齿缺失的有效修复方式,该技术的推广及应用对于口腔修复发展具有重要意义[1-2]。故该次研究方便选择2018年6月—2019年6月来该院收治的68例口腔修复患者作为研究对象,分别给予患者常规口腔修复及口腔数字化技术修复,修复后评价患者修复效果、心理状况、不良反应发生率及生活质量,现报道如下。

1; 资料与方法

1.1; 一般资料

方便选取该院收治的68例口腔修复患者作为研究对象,按照平均随机法,将所有患者分

为研究组和对照组,每组34例。纳入标准:①口腔修复患者;②患者及家属配合度较高。排除标准:①患者认知功能存在严重障碍;②患者患有严重精神疾病;③患者依从性较差;④中途退出研究。研究组男18例,女16例;年龄23~64岁,平均年龄(43.50±20.09)岁。对照组男19例,女15例;年龄24~65岁,平均年龄(44.50±20.07)岁。该次研究患者及家属知情,并签

署了知情同意书,患者均为自愿参加研究。对比两组患者基础资料,差异无统计学意义

(P>0.05),具有可比性。该研究已经伦理委员会批准。
