1.在上海是买房好还是租房好？
To our graduates, I think it’s better to rent house in shanghai. For one part, the housing price in shanghai is very high, if we don’t want to depend on our parents, it is almost impossible to buy a house by ourselves. For another, when renting a house, we can afford it and live near our company.
2.经济发展还是环境保护更重要？
I do think environment protection plays a more important role. Nowadays, our environment are becoming worse and worse, green house effect, land desertification, sand storm happen more frequently. Though the economic development brings us more comfortable life, it can’t bring the green earth back. If the price of economic development is the destruction of world environment, no one wants to pay for it. so environment protection is more important, and we need to leave a good surrounding for our descendant.
3.对于出国留学的认识
I think study aboard is good for our further development. It is widely acknowledged that the education system is more advanced in some foreign countries, if we have the chance to study abroad. We can not only learn knowledge, but also experience the cultural shock. Furthermore, we can make friends with people from different countries. And it is a fabulous chance to broaden the horizon and widen our networks.
4.如果要选择一份工作，工资和未来发展哪个更重要
From my own perspective, the future development is more important. We all need a decent job, but it should be associated with our interests at least. Without passion, we can’t do it well, though it will bring us high salary, no one can stand a job without love.
