唐山师范学院2011-2012学年度第一学期期末考试工作安排各系、各分校、河北民族师范学院(校区):现就我校2011~2012学年度第一学期期末考试工作安排通知如下,请各单位根据本通知精神安排好本单位期末教学、考试、阅卷、成绩登统以及学生离校工作,认真组织实施,并严格遵守成绩上报日期;各分校和河北民族师范学院(校区)可参照执行。
一、时间1.本学期所有必修课程2011年12月23日前结课。
学院路校区2012年1月4日~1月9日进行期末考试,大学道校区2012年1月4日~1月13日进行期末考试。
2.考试时间为:上午8:30—10:30 ;下午14:30—16:30。
3.凡教学计划规定的考试课程的考试均须在规定的时间内进行,未经教务处批准,不得提前或推后。
4.所有的选修课科目、考查课科目,须在2011年12月23日前结束期末考核工作。
5.所有重修课程于2011年12月23日前结束考核工作。
6.学院路校区学生2012年1月9日离校,大学道校区学生2012年1月14日离校。
二、工作要求1.本学期的期末考试工作严格按照《考试工作规范》进行,学生考核资格审查等事宜依照《学生学业考核办法》进行,考试的实施由各系负责。
2.河北民族师范学院(校区)、各分校的对口专业须有一门统考科目,考试科目的确定和试卷命题由双方对口专业协商决定。
3.公共课考试时间由教务处统一安排(见附件一)。
请各系认真核对,如有遗漏、错排请及时告知教务处,以便及时调整改正。
4.专业课考试时间由各系安排,各系务必在2011年12月23日前将本单位的期末考试监考安排的纸质版和电子版报教务处教务科,包括考试科目、考试地点、考试时间、监考人员、系内巡视人员。

5.2011年12月17日为大学英语四六级考试时间,2012年1月7日、8日为研究生入学考试时间,请注意适当安排期末考试课、考查课和重修课程考核时间,避免冲突。
