Topic 1.There is a study next to my bedroom.教案
教学目标本课是复习课。
Knowledge Aims:
1.Can revise and use the words and phrases well, like:garden, second, floor, large, behind, kitchen, key,
upstairs, go upstairs, put away, look after, have a look at, and so on etc.
2. Can revise and use the sentence structure “There be” well.
Ability Aims:
1.Can talk about the places shown well.
2.Learn to improve the speaking and writing skills.
3.Can finish the tasks well.
Emotion Aims:
1.Can be active in class.
2.Can co-operate well.
3.Learn to love the places they live in.
学情分析本班学生中各类学生分布相对不够理想,主要不足之处是差生面较大,约有20%,多数是因为词汇量不过关,所以,本节课要从基础的词汇部分开始复习,然后循序渐进地进行句型、口语对话等多方面的复习。
部分学生比较内向,所以,本节课就与本人平常上课一样引入课堂竞争机制,在课堂各个环节进行分组竞赛,尽力激励学生积极参与课堂活动。
同时,从上学期及最近学生的作文情况看,不少学生在写作方面表现不理想,尤其是在短文的整体把握及部分细节方面。
所以,本节课就在第二部分设计了通过对介词及介词短语的复习进而自然过渡到短文写作技巧的指导,然后通过描述图片复习句型及相关语言点,最后再落实到小短文的写作。
重点难点Teaching Important and Difficult Points:
1.The usage of prepositions.
2.The difference between “There be” and “have/ has”.
3.How to write a short passage better.

Get students to finish the tasks to revise the usage of “There be”.

be 的判断;There be 与have/has 的用法区别;There be与冠词连用;
There be 句型转换;There be 与how many/how much的连用;

Get students to look at the pictures and ask and answer questions in pairs:
A: How many/much … are/is there in the …?

Step 5 Guessing Games
Get students to look at the pictures and try to guess what’s left behind.
Using the sentences:

Is/Are there... on the table?
How many bottles are there …?
Step 6 Speaking
Get students to look at the pictures and try to describe them.
Using the sentence pattern: There be
