A.主机 Machine：

Inspector是由青岛海克斯康设计和生产的,具有极佳性价比的一款数控桥式测量机。

Inspector可用于多种工业应用：如首件和最终件检测，夹具验证和过程控制等，是箱体类零件检测的理想测量系统。作为工业计量应用领域中的经济有效的测量解决方案，Inspector 极大的提高了生产过程中的检测效率和检测精度。

Inspector 主机采用全铝结构，同时，在设计过程中运用了广泛的计算机辅助设计中的有限元分析原理和模块化设计原理，使得整机系统具备了改善的抗温变能力和抗形变/扭摆能力，提高了整机空间结构的稳定性，降低了结构微形变、振动以及温度梯度变化对测量性能的影响。闭式空气轴承设计优化了测量机各轴的机械运动, 因此，整机系统在测量过程中表现出极高的重复性和系统长期的稳定性。Inspector is a DCC bridge CMM designed and manufactured by Hexagon Metrology Qingdao, it has excellent price/cost ratio.

Inspector is used in a number of industrial applications, such as first and final part inspection, fixture qualification and process control, besides, it’s also ideal for prismatic inspection. As a perfect solution for any industrial metrology applications, Inspector highly increases the throughput and accuracy of all your measurement and inspection operations.

From the base machine structure point of view, Inspector 454 features all-aluminum construction and utilized comprehensive CAD techniques, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Module Analysis, with the result of improved thermal, dimensional/torsional, and geometrical stability and reduce structural deflection and the effects of vibrations and thermal variation on measuring performance. Wrap-around air bearing design optimizes the axis kinematics movement. Therefore the whole system characterizes the optimum measuring repeatability and long-term system consistency.

∙Technical Highlight

①X beam has adopted the patented ultra rigid “Tricision ®” technology. This structure is the best

solution to lighten main carriage’s weight and improve main ca rriage’s stability and rigidity, so can

greatly improve CMM’s performance.

②Panented precision-machined dovetail guideway in Y axis improves CMM’s accuracy and repeatability.

③All machine axes’ transmission mode is timing belt, which compact, nonskid structure makes it has

excellence of high speed, low noise and easy maintenance.

④Pneumatic counterbalance (adjustable) for Z axis, which makes Z axis operate stably, with automatic

brake on emergency condition and keep CMM in safety.
