Fixed Penalty on Smoking Offences

違例吸煙定額罰款

MVO: In statutory no-smoking areas and on public transport carriers, if anyone commits

a smoking offence, a Tobacco Control Inspector will issue them with a Fixed

Penalty Notice for $1,500. Apart from Tobacco Control Inspectors and Police

officers, specified officers of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the

Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, and the Housing Department can

also issue notices in venues they manage.

任何人在法定禁煙區或公共交通工具內違反禁煙規定，衞生署控煙督察會立

刻向他們發出定額罰款通知書，罰款$1,500！除了控煙督察和警察外，康樂

及文化事務署、食物環境衞生署和房屋署的指定人員也有權在他們管理的場

地，向違例者發出定額罰款通知書。
