25G型DC600V供电客车用TKDG型铁道客车电气综合控制柜使用说明书武汉新创芯科技有限责任公司二○○九年一月一概述TKDG型铁道客车电气综合控制柜(以下简称综合控制柜)用于DC600V供电旅客列车,是集电源转换控制(控制柜可实现两1×35kVA单逆变器车邻车AC380V互备供电功能)、空调机组控制、蓄电池欠压保护、照明控制、车载网络通讯等功能单元于一体的智能型综合控制柜。
综合控制柜的控制核心采用可编程控制器(以下简称PLC),PLC通过微型可编程终端PT(以下简称显示触摸屏)接受各种指令并自动执行相应的操作步骤,对电气系统运行中出现的各种故障及时进行诊断、指示并保护。
综合控制柜具有检测、控制、诊断保护、信息提示、联网通讯功能,实现电气控制系统的综合控制,可进行车对车通信,并为逐步实现车对地、地对车的计算机联网通讯打下基础。
由于2009年铁道部屯兵车为减配客车,电气系统的部分功能被减掉,但为了保持使用说明书描述的完整性,满足铁道部标配统图要求,使用说明书仍保留了被减掉功能部分的说明描述,控制柜的功能配置以实际电气原理图为准。
例如此批车无防滑器及其通信、无温水箱、无水位显示仪、无轴报器网关、无车门通信、无烟火报警器通信等,但仍保留了上述各功能单元的描述。
二主要特点1.综合控制柜实现了客车电气控制系统的小型化、智能化、集成化和系统化。
2.综合控制柜根据预设参数实现自动控制,减轻了操作人员的工作强度,避免由于人为误操作引起的事故,便于操作和维护。
3.综合控制柜对整车电气系统参数进行实时监测,出现故障时及时进行保护动作,避免了由于保护不及时而引起的严重后果。
4.综合控制柜可对轴温报警器、防滑器、烟火报警器、车门的状态进行监视和显示。
5.综合控制柜充分考虑了整车各个电气功能部件的协调工作,使整个电气系统工作更加安全可靠。
6.根据电气系统布线的有关规范和实际存在的问题,不同系统、不同电压等级、不同电流类别的导线尽量相互隔离,结构设计上尽量减少相互间的电磁干扰。

Output versus Absolute PressureFigure 2 illustrates the absolute sensing chip in the basic Super Small Outline chip carrier (Case 1317).Figure 3 shows a typical application circuit (output source current operation).Figure 4 shows the sensor output signal relative to pressure input. Typical minimum and maximum outputcurves are shown for operation over 0 to 85×C temperature range. The output will saturate outside of the rated pressure range.A fluorosilicone gel isolates the die surface and wire bonds from the environment, while allowing the pressure signal to be transmitted to the silicon diaphragm. The MPXA6115A/MPXH6115A series pressure sensor operatingcharacteristics, internal reliability and qualification tests are based on use of dry air as the pressure media. Media other than dry air may have adverse effects on sensor performance and long-term reliability. The footprint for the semiconductor package must be the correct size to ensure proper solder connection interface between the board and the package. With the correct pad geometry, the packages will self-align when subjected to asolder reflow process. 1概述BAC1203VL蓄电池充电器采用最新开关电源器件,专门针对发动机起动用的铅酸蓄电池的充电特性而设计,适合铅酸电池的长期补充充电(浮充)。
适用于12V蓄电池组,最大输出电流为3A。
2性能特点产品有以下特点:a) 采用开关电源式结构,宽范围低输入电压,体积小,重量轻,效率高。
b) 采用二阶段充电法(即先恒流后恒压方式)自动充电,充分按照蓄电池充电特性进行充电,可防止铅酸蓄电池过充电,能最大程度提高电池寿命。
c) 具有短路保护功能。
d) 适用于12V蓄电池组充电,最大充电电流3A。
e) 状态LED显示:电源指示,充电指示。
3充电原理图1充电原理图按照蓄电池充电特性进行充电,采用二阶段充电法,充电模式是“恒电流型”,即在蓄电池的端电压低于预设值前,充电为恒流充电;在蓄电池的端电压高于预设值后,充电电流随蓄电池的端电压升高而逐渐减小,直至达到预设电流值后转为浮充模式,这时充电电流逐渐减小,电池端电压也逐渐升高达到预设恒压值,当充电电压大于13.5V时电池已基本充满,此后充电电流仅抵消蓄电池的自放电,且长时间充电亦对电池无害,即充电器既可维持蓄电池的充满状态,又能确保蓄电池的使用寿命。
