Compensation and Payment4.1 The Agent shall be entitled to receive a commission as follows:a. Confidentiality6.1 The Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed to them by the other Party in connection with this Agreement.6.2 The obligations of confidentiality shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement and shall continue to apply indefinitely.7.
