If the options "/M" for metal case and "/SMD" for SMD pinout are combined the maximum allowed isolation voltage is 2kVDC because of the shorter distances between the pins and the metal-case so the only available SMD-option in metal-case is "/H2". DIP-24 through-hole case and SMD-plastic case are not affected and offer the full isolation barriers of 4kVDC for "/H4" option and 6kVDC for "/H6".
Description
This series offers high isolation of 4kVDC (= option "/H4") or 6kVDC (= option "/H6") making it ideal for medical applications and other sophisticated industrial applications. Packaging can be either DIP-24 non-conductive plastic or 5-side-shielded DIP24 metal case (= option "M") as well as DIP24-SMD case (= option "SMD"). For all the above variants, 2 industry-standard pinouts (= option "A" or "C") are available.

SerCommISG安装配置手册(以IP515H为例)版本号撰写人日期V 1.1 Leon Huang 2002/8SerNet(SuZhou) Company1.物理界面(以IP515H为例)IP515H有:一个外置电源接口:接电源4个交换机端口:可以直接接PC一个级连口(Uplink):接交换机来扩展,使IP515H一个Internet口(WAN):接ADSL/Cable modem或者介质转换器,例如光纤转换成RJ45一个Reset按钮:重新启动一个打印端口:接打印机,以供用户共享打印指示灯:众多指示灯DIP开关:供特殊用途(详细见英文手册)2.连接方式:操作步骤1.用一根五类网线或者点对点的网线(视具体情况而定)连接ADSL/cable modem或者光纤介质转换器,安装时可调试,WAN口灯亮为正确2.接好打印机(如果有的话)3.打开modem电源,然后接好IP515H的电源,IP515H的状态灯会闪红色,然后正常(黄色)4.用普通5类线连接你的电脑的网卡,接到1,2,3,4任何一个交换机端口,或者级连的交换机上,交换机连接到Uplink口5.确保电脑安装了TCP/IP协议,IP地址为DHCP方式获得6.电脑获取IP地址,步骤(以win98为例):“开始――>运行――>winipcfg”, 如图:“释放――-更新”,得到新的IP地址,如上图为例,其中的192.168.0.2就是您的电脑的IP地址,192.168.0.1就是IP515H本身的IP地址。

接入多台电脑,得到192.168.0.x的地址,一个局域网就形成了。

一般的,在出厂时,ISG产品是作为DHCP服务器的,本身的默认LAN口IP地址是192.168.0.1,这个地址可以更改。

3.配置与管理IP515H1.打开您的IE或者Netscape,或者其他的网络浏览器2.在URL地址栏里输入IP515H的IP地址,就是192.168.0.1,就会看到IP515H的管理与配置页面,如图:3.选择左上角”setup”按钮,这是Internet口设置的向导,选择ISP提供的连接类型,例如是ADSL用户的话,可能选择PPPoe,或者DHCP,也可能是固定IP地址。

在一般的應用中可以使用 4.7-10Meg.的電阻作為VIN電阻。
因VIN電阻長期承受輸入直流高壓, 應用中應確保電阻耐壓能力滿足要求, 一個較好的做法是使用兩個電阻串聯使 用,例如兩個 1206 型電阻串聯。
TO Ø VCC 過壓與欠壓保護 IC具有帶遲滯的欠電壓保護功 能。在啟動電流將VCC電壓充電達到 XOPY 8.9V時IC開始啟動,初始啟動電流由內 部高壓電流源提供,啟動后的VCC電壓 降開始由輔助繞組在電源反激期間提 供需要的能量。在IC 正常工作時應保 持VCC電壓在5-9V之間(包括滿負載輸 出的情況),若VCC電壓下降到3.5V則 振盪器將被關斷,直至VCC電壓下降至 2.0V電路開始重新啟動。 IC內部VCC具有一個上限電壓比較 器控制,若VCC 試圖大於10V,則比較 器動作,FB將被下拉,鎖定VCC至10V, 達到過電壓的限制功能。利用此功能可

2.范围文件适用范围:适用于远景能源1.5MW系列风力发电机组主轴碳刷的检查和更换。

3.作业方法和质量要求1.按照第5章-物料与工具清单准备相应的物料和工具。

2.按照EHS要求严格执行各项操作3.操作CT柜门按钮,将风机打到停机状态,待发电机转速小于20rpm时,再将维护/维修按钮打到维护(WEC-IN-service)状态;登塔,在风速允许情况下,锁住风轮锁,液压刹车刹住高速刹车盘;CN柜门上按钮打到停机和变桨维护(PITCH-SREVICE)状态;4.拔掉主轴碳刷卡簧,轻轻拿出碳刷;5.用游标卡尺测量碳刷(不含顶端金属地带);6.检查碳刷断面和长度,如果碳刷端面有严重划痕损坏超1/5面积或长度小于20mm,则需要更换;7.更换碳刷时,先将碳刷放回刷握(碳刷固定槽)中(以免完全拆掉时掉落至下端),用5mm的内六方扳手松掉线端螺栓(不需要完全拆掉,拔出即可),再次将主轴碳刷拔出;图1线端固定螺栓拆除8.拿出新的主轴碳刷,检查其长度和端面没有问题后,先将碳刷装入碳刷盒中,再用5mm内六方紧固接线端,用卡簧将其卡紧即可;图2 主轴碳刷安装9.拔出风轮锁,释放高速液压刹车,检查机舱内无异常,柜门开关和柜内开关无异常,下塔。

通电前应确认伺服驱动器和伺服电机已安装妥善,固定牢固,电源电 压及接线正确。 调试时伺服电机应先空载运转, 确认参数设置无误后, 再作负载调试, 防止因错误的操作导致机械和设备损坏。
使用

应接入一个紧急停止电路,确保发生事故时,设备能立即停止运转, 电源立即切断。 在复位一个报警之前, 必须确认运行信号已关断, 否则会突然再启动。 伺服驱动器必须与规定的伺服电机配套使用。 不要频繁接通、断开伺服系统电源,防止损坏系统。 伺服驱动器和伺服电机连续运转后可能会发热,运行时和断电后的一 段时间内,不能触摸驱动器散热器和电机。 不得改装伺服系统。

Description
This series offers high isolation of 4kVDC (= option "/H4") or 6kVDC (= option "/H6") making it ideal for medical applications and other sophisticated industrial applications. Packaging can be either DIP-24 non-conductive plastic or 5-side-shielded DIP24 metal case (= option "M") as well as DIP24-SMD case (= option "SMD"). For all the above variants, 2 industry-standard pinouts (= option "A" or "C") are available.
