Parker Hannifin is the world leader in Fluid Power technology.The Parker Sempress “Low-Impact” Effect A specific feature in Parker Sempress Pneumatic spot weld cylinder is the “Low-Impact” effect.This is reached by means of an integrated pneumatic control which ensures that the electrodes are touching the sheet metal with low force and speed (kinetic energy) and that immediately after touch down of the electrodes the press-force is built-up instantly.This gives following advantages:•Less noise because the electrodes only touch the metal sheets softly.•No bouncing of the electrodes on the metal sheets, hence the spot welding can start immediately after the first contact.•Less wear on electrodes (measured lifetime-improvement of 30%) and sensitive electrode-caps (measured lifetime improvement of 200%).•No damaging of the metal sheets. Additional polishing can be avoided.•Less shocking movements in the welding gun and between electrodes•On robot-guns: water-hoses and electric cabling show less wear.•On manual guns: less physical stress for the operator•Less sparking because both metal sheets are pressed together properly and immediately after first contact.•Less welding points required because the quality of the weld is improved.•Lower welding current can be used.•An electrical feedback signal is available when 75% of the clamping force has been reached.One of the features of the Parker Sempress “Low-Impact” system is that it is stroke-independent. This means that the system works on every position of the cylinder. The nominal stroke of the cylinder should be longer than the maximum required stroke.The Parker Sempress “Rapid-Approach”EffectAnother specific feature is the “Rapid-Approach” effect. This allows, especially at welding guns with a big opening between both electrodes, for high speed in the beginning of the movement. At a certain point this speed is reduced after which the normal movement follows with the “Low-Impact” feature as described above. Also the “Rapid-Approach” feature is stroke-independent.This feature provides advantages when longer strokes are to be made, e.g. on C-type of welding guns with a stroke > 60 mm (2.36").Welding Products Other OptionsOther Options•A Built-in P/E Switch.This outputs an electric signal as soon as thecylinder reaches 75% of it’s full force.This signal indicates that after a very shortsqueeze-time or immediately welding can start.•Completely Isolated CylinderThis prevents both electrodes from getting a short-circuit through the piston rod, piston and housingof the cylinder.• Non-rotating Piston Rod.This prevents that the electrode connected to thepiston rod does not get out of position anddamages the electric cabling and water hoses.Program OverviewThe weld system consists of the following product options:1. These devic-es, combined with application and driver software, provide a complete system solution for cost effec-tive acceleration of Windows® DirectSound, DirectSound3D, DirectInput, DirectShow, MIDI playback via Wavetable Synthesis with reverbera-tion and chorus effects processing, and more. The CS4610 is a high-performance, full-featured version of the SoundFusion audio accelerator. The CS4611 is a reduced-cost version of the CS4610. The CS4611 has a lower max clock speed and does not support AC-3 or MPEG-2. Please refer to the OEM Software Reference Manual for more details. There are three main functional blocks within the CS4610/11: the Stream Processor, the PCI Inter-face, and the DMA Engine. The Stream Processor (SP) is a high speed custom Digital Signal Proces-sor (DSP) core designed by Cirrus Logic, Inc. spe-cifically for audio signal processing. This extremely powerful DSP core is capable of running complex algorithms such as Dolby Digital AC-3 or MPEG-2 audio decoding for applications such as DVD movie playback or gaming. The SP is capable of running a number of different signal processing algorithms simultaneously. This high concurrency capability is valuable for applications such as immer-sive 3D games, which may play a number of Direct-Sound streams, a number of DirectSound3D streams, and a MIDI music sequence simultaneously. Separate RAM memories are included on-chip for the SP program code (Program RAM), parameter data (Parameter RAM), and audio sample data (Sample RAM). A small ROM memory (Coeffi-cient ROM) is included to store fixed coefficient data required for the sample rate conversion and audio decompression algorithms.The RAM-based DSP architecture of the CS4610/11 ensures maximum system flexibility. The software function/feature mix can be adapted to meet the requirements of a variety of different applications, such as DirectX™ games, DVD mov-ie playback, or DOS applications. This RAM-based architecture also provides a means for future sys-tem upgrades, allowing the addition of new or up-graded functionality through software updates. The CS4610/11 provides an extremely efficient bus mastering interface to the PCI bus. The PCI Inter-face function allows economical burst mode trans-fers of audio data between host system memory buffers and the CS4610/11 device. Program code and parameter data are also transferred to the CS4610/11 over the PCI Interface.The CS4610/11 DMA Engine provides dedicated hardware to manage transfer of up to 96 concurrent audio/data streams to and from host memory buff-ers. The DMA Engine provides hardware scatter-gather support, allowing simple buffer allocation and management. This implementation improves system efficiency by minimizing the number of host interrupts.The CS4610/11 supports a variety of audio I/O configurations, including direct connection to the CrystalClear CS423x Codecs or to an AC’97 Co-dec such as the CrystalClear CS4297. The system’s flexibility is further enhanced by the inclusion of auxiliary ADC and DAC ports, a bi-directional se-rial MIDI port, a joystick port, a hardware volume control interface, and a serial data port which al-lows connection of an optional external EEPROM device.The block diagram in Figure 6 depicts a mother-board audio subsystem based on the CS4610/11 and the CS423x. This approach features the proven ISA legacy support of the CS423x Codecs (which include the CS423xB family as well as the CS4235 and CS4239 devices). The CS423x provides DOS applications with hardware compatibility for the Sound Blaster Pro™, OPL3, and MPU-401 register sets. In this configuration, the CS423x also pro-vides the system joystick interface. The CS423xDS241PP59CS4610/11 CrystalClear™ SoundFusion™ PCI Audio Acceleratorprovides all Analog-to-Digital conversion (ADC) and Digital-to-Analog conversion (DAC) func-tions. Digital audio is transferred between the CS423x and the CS4610/11 over a proprietary bi-directional serial data link between the two devices. MIDI data from the CS423x MPU-401 UART is also transferred serially to the CS4610. DOS appli-cations can directly address the CS423x audio functions on the ISA bus. Windows DirectX audio applications will address the PCI-based CS4610/11 device through Windows DirectX drivers, wherein the CS423x is utilized as the external Codec for an-alog I/O.A system diagram depicting connection of the CS4610/11 to the CrystalClear CS4297 AC’97 Co-dec is given in Figure 7. All analog audio inputs and outputs are connected to the AC’97 Codec. Au-dio data is passed between the AC’97 Codec and the CS4610/11 over the serial AC-Link. The CS4610/11 provides a hardware interface for con-nection of a joystick and MIDI devices. Legacy au-dio support under a Windows DOS Box is provided via virtualization of the Sound Blaster™, OPL3 FM synthesizer and MPU-401 MIDI interface reg-isters.Figure 6. CS4610/11 + AC ‘97 Codec Configuration10DS241PP5Stream Processor DSP CoreThe CS4610/11 Stream Processor (SP) is a custom DSP core design optimized for processing and syn-thesizing digital audio data streams. The SP fea-tures a Somewhat Long Instruction Multiple Data (SLIMD) modified dual Harvard architecture. The device uses a 40-bit instruction word and operates on 32-bit data words. The SP core is conservatively rated at 300 Million Instructions per second (300 MIPS) when running at a 100 MHz internal clock speed (CS4611 runs at 85MHz). The SP includes two Multiply-Accumulate (MAC) blocks and one 16-bit Arithmetic and Logic Unit (ALU). The MAC units perform 20-bit by 16-bit multiplies and have 40-bit accumulators, providing higher quality than typical 16-bit DSP architectures.PLL and Clock ControlThe CS4610/11 includes a programmable Phase Locked Loop (PLL) circuit which generates the high frequency internal SP clock from a lower fre-quency input clock. The PLL input may come from the CS4610/11 crystal oscillator circuit or the serial port clock (ASCLK/SCLK). The CS4610/11 Clock Control circuitry allows gating of clocks to various internal functional blocks to conserve power during power conservation modes, as well as during nor-mal modes of operation when no tasks are being executed.Host InterfaceThe CS4610/11 host interface is comprised of two separate interface blocks which are memory mapped into host address space. The CS4610/11 interface blocks can be located anywhere in the host 32-bit physical address space. The interface block locations are defined by the addresses pro-grammed into the two Base Address Registers in the CS4610/11 PCI Configuration Space. These base addresses are normally set up by the system’s Plug and Play BIOS. The first interface block (lo-cated using Base Address 0) is a 4kByte register block containing general purpose configuration, control, and status registers for the device. The sec-ond interface block (located using Base Address 1) is a 1MByte block which maps all of the CS4610/11 internal RAM memories (SP Program RAM, Parameter RAM, and Sample RAM), along with the SP debug registers, into host memory space. This allows the host to directly peek and poke RAM locations on the device. The relation-ship between the Base Address Registers in the CS4610/11 PCI Configuration Space and the host memory map is depicted in Figure 8.CS4610/11 PCI InterfaceThe CS4610/11 provides a bus mastering PCI bus interface which complies with the PCI Local Bus Specification version 2.1.PCI Bus TransactionsAs a target of a PCI bus transaction, the CS4610/11 supports the Memory Read (from internal registers or memory), Memory Write (to internal registers or memory), Configuration Read (from CS4610/11 configuration registers), Configuration Write (to CS4610/11 configuration registers), Memory Read Multiple (aliased to Memory Read), Memory Read Line (aliased to Memory Read), and the Memory Write and Invalidate (aliased to Memory Write) transfer cycles. The I/O Read, I/O Write, Interrupt Acknowledge, Special Cycles, and Dual Address Cycle transactions are not supported.As Bus Master, the CS4610/11 generates the Mem-ory Read Multiple and Memory Write transactions. Interrupt control registers in the CS4610/11 provide the host interrupt service rou-tine with the ability to identify the source of the in-terrupt and to clear the interrupt sources. In the CS4610/11, the single external interrupt is expand-ed by the use of “virtual channels”. Each data stream which is read from or written to a modulo buffer is assigned a virtual channel number. This virtual channel number is signalled by the DMA subsystem anytime the associated modulo buffer pointer passes the mid-point or wraps around. Vir-tual channels are also used for message passing be-tween the CS4610/11 and the host.Serial Port ConfigurationsThe CS4610/11 provides a flexible Serial Audio Interface which allows connection to external Ana-log-to-Digital Converters (ADCs), Digital-to-Ana-log Converters (DACs) or Codecs (combined ADC and DAC functions) in several different configura-tions. The CS4610/11 serial audio interface in-cludes a primary input/output port with dedicated serial data pins (SDIN, SDOUT), two auxiliary au-dio output ports (SDO2, SDO3) which share pins with the joystick interface button input functions, and one auxiliary audio input port (SDIN2). Each of these digital audio input and output pins carry two channels of audio data. 一、中压玻璃柱组装零件明细序号12345678备注标配选配选配标配标配选配选配选配名称中压玻璃柱玻璃保护柱保护柱密封圈密封圈(含筛板)连接螺钉1/8"刃环手拧螺钉1/8"管路材质聚四氟聚四氟316L Yellow ETFE Green Delrin Teflon 二、组装说明(包括选配保护柱)1、检查零部件是否齐全【1】;2、将零件3保护柱密封圈装入色谱柱中;3、将部件2玻璃保护柱装在色谱柱上;4、将密封圈(含筛板)大口向上放入保护柱中; (下部同样安装)5、将零件5连接螺钉装入保护柱;6、将零件7手拧螺钉套入1/8”管路,再套入1/8”刃环【2】; (下部同样安装)7、把装好管路、刃环的组件装在连接螺钉上旋紧即可; (下部同样安装)注:【1】标配零部件【2】刃环小头向手拧螺钉;(如图一,下部同样安装)1、标配产品不包括保护柱,零件4直接装入玻璃柱,其余步骤相同;2、直径在26毫米以下的色谱柱没有支架;图二3214三、玻璃柱拆装如果玻璃柱使用一段时间需要清洗柱内壁时:1、首先使用内六角螺钉按照(如图二)所示1,3;2,4的对称旋下内六角螺钉,取下柱头;2、取下柱端口聚四氟密封圈;3、清洗后,将聚四氟密封圈装在端口上(注:玻璃柱端口一定要清洗干净,否则会造成柱泄漏)4、将柱头盖在密封圈上,按图示1,3;2,4对称锁紧螺钉(注:对角紧螺钉时用力要均匀,否则会造成玻璃柱头破损)中压玻璃柱堵头为标准1/8接头,无需转接可直接拧在柱头上。
四、转接(1)干法装柱及上样方式:装柱:最好使用装柱器,下端接真空泵,装柱时要小量连贯的装。

Cette mesure est vérifiable en chauffe à l’aide d’un manomètre. Un modérateur de tirage est nécessaire dans presque tous les cas pour réguler le tirage aux valeurs préconisées.CONSEILS D’UTILISATIONUtiliser uniquement les combustibles recommandés: Bois sec (Humidité inférieure à 20 %) d’un minimum de 2 ans de coupe (Hêtre, Charme ) , 5 ans pour le Chêne – le sapin et les résineux sont interdit).Le tiroir cendrier doit toujours rester dans l’appareil sauf lors du décendrage. Pour ouvrir et fermer la porte, utiliser le gant anti-chaleur Il peut être nécessaire d’arrêter l’extracteur de la ventilation mécanique pour éviter le refoulement des fumées dans la pièce lors de l’ouverture de la porte.Première mise en service.Pendant les premières utilisations de l’appareil une odeur de peinture va se dégager de l’app areil : aérer la pièce pour limiter ce désagrément ou effectuer, avant l’installation, une première chauffe à l’extérieur de la maison.Il est recommandé, pendant les premières heures de mise en service, de faire un feu modéré afin de permettre une dilatation normale de l’ensemble de l’appareil.Allumage :Placer sur la grille du papier froissé (ou 1 à 2 morceaux d’allume feu) et environs 3 kg de petit bois sec (des petites branches bien sèches ou du bois fendu finement). Enflammer la charge d’allumage, fermer la porte de l’appareil et ouvrir entièrement l’arrivée d’air. Lorsque le bois est bien enflammé, vous pouvez charger votre appareil et commencer à réduire l’arrivée d’air en s’assurant :∙Que la réduction d’air n’éteigne pas les flammes. Si c’est le cas rouvrir en peu plus longtemps l’arrivée d’air.∙Que l’embrasement de la charge ne devienne pas trop intense (avec des flammes atteignant majoritairement le haut de la chambr e de combustion). Si c’est le cas réduire l’arrivée d’air.Il est possible de laisser la porte entre-ouverte pour faciliter cette phase d’allumage, mais en maintenant toujours l’appareil sous surveillance.Fonctionnement à « Puissance nominale » et « combustion prolongée » :Le fonctionnement à « Puissance nominale » nécessite un rechargement toutes les 30 à 45 minutes avec de petites quantités de bois. Il faut privilégier ce mode de fonctionnement particulièrement performant et respectueux de l’environnement.L’appareil peut également assurer un fonctionnement en « combustion prolongée » quand une puissance réduite et une autonomie importante sont recherchées.▪Puissance nominale :Elle est obtenue :o avec une charge de bois de 3 à 4 kg, sous forme de 1 demie bûche de bois dur (= une bûche fendue)o avec un tirage de 12Pao charge renouv elée toutes les 30 à 45 minutes sur un lit de braises d’environ 3 cmo en mettant le réglage d’allure en position « Puissance nominale ».Une baisse d’activité peut se produire à cause d’une évolution défavorable de la combustion, d’une géométrie inadaptée d es bûches, de l’utilisation d’un bois dur ou humide. Ces phénomènes de ralentissement, qui ne sont ni exceptionnels ni totalement prévisibl es, se traduisent par la diminution du rideau de flamme (le combustible forme une voûte et n’est plus en contact avec la braise), la diminution progressive de la réserve de braise et le refroidissement du foyer. Ils s’accompagnent d’une chute de puissance et d’une baisse des performances.Pour l’éviter : ouvrir la porte du foyer avec précaution , réorganiser la charge sur le lit de braise en procédant par piquage et déplacement du combustible avec un tisonnier en prenant garde de ne pas faire chuter de braise hors du foyer , puis refermer la porte. L’activité reprend immédiatement après la fermeture de porte.▪Combustion prolongéeElle est obtenue :o En triplant la charge de bois à la Puissance nominale, constituée de 1 à 2 bûches de bois dur non fendue de grand diamètre.o avec un tirage de 6 Pa.o en mettant le « réglage d’allure » en position « Combustion prolongée », après avoir assuré et maintenu l’allumage de la charge.o en laissant se poursuivre la combustion jusqu’à obtention d’un lit de braise réduit, destiné à assurer l’allumage d’une charg e de reprise.Ce mode de fonctionnement permet à la fois d’obtenir une puissan ce réduite et une autonomie de 8 heures sans rechargement.Organes de réglages :Utiliser systématiquement le gant anti-chaleur fournie avec l’appareil pour manipuler les organes de réglages qui peuvent être très chauds.▪Registre de réglage d’allure : Situé en façade, ce registre est utilisé pour moduler l’allure de l’appareil entre « Puissance nominale » (ouverture du registre de 50%) et « Combustion prolongée » (registre fermé).▪Registre d’allumage: L’action sur le registre de réglage d’allure, au-delà de la position « Puissance nominale » permet d’obtenir un supplément d’air pour l’allumage. Cette position est réservée aux opérations d’allumage et de reprise et ne doit pas être ma intenue plusde 30 minutes sous peine de dommages sur l’appareil et son environnement. L’appareil doit rester sous surveillance pendant toute la durée d’utilisation de cette position.Registre d’air secondaire : Ce registre doit rester ouvert à moitié pour obtenir un fonctionnement performant et une combustion propre.L’action de réglage de ce registre n’est justifiée que si les tirages sont plus ou moins élevés que ceux qui sont recommandés (voir ci avant). Dans ce cas, ce registre peut être réglé pour obtenir un fonctionnement satisfaisant.
