贴片电阻、贴片电容规格、封装、尺寸·功率贴片电阻常见封装有9种,用两种尺寸代码来表示。
一种尺寸代码是由4位数字表示的EIA(美国电子工业协会)代码,前两位与后两位分别表示电阻的长与宽,以英寸为单位。
我们常说的0603封装就是指英制代码。
另一种是米制代码,也由4位数字表示,其单位为毫米。

CHO-SEAL 1310 material is filled with silver-plated-glass particles, while 1273 utilizes silver-plated-copper filler to provide higher levels of EMI shielding effectiveness.EMI Spacer GasketsThe unique design of Chomerics’EMI spacer gaskets features a thin plastic retainer frame onto which a conductive elastomer is molded. The elastomer can be located inside or outside the retainer frame, as well as on its top and bottom surface. EMI spacer gaskets provide a newapproach to designing EMI gaskets into handheld electronics such as dig-ital cellular phones. Board-to-board spacing is custom designed to fit broad application needs. This unit specializes in elastomer finite element analysis (FEA) using MARC K6 series software as a foundation for FEA capability.Benefits of FEA include:•Quickly optimizing elastomer gasket designs•Allowing accurate predictions of alternate elastomer design concepts •Eliminating extensive trial and error prototype evaluationTypical use of FEA in EMI spacer gasket designs is to evaluate the force vs. deflection requirements of alternate designs.For example, onespacer design features a continuous bead of con-ductive elastomer molded onto a plastic spacer. An alternative designemploys an “interrupted bead,” where the interrup-tions (gaps left on the plastic frame) are sized to maintain the requiredlevel of EMI shielding. Figure 4illustrates these alternative designs.Gasket DeflectionFigure 5 compares the effect of continuous and interrupted elastomer gasket designs in terms of the force required to deflect the conductive elastomer. For wall mounting, install the wall-mount kit (optional) first and then screw the device onto the wall. MK1491-14OPTi ACPI Firestar Clock SourceBlock DiagramDescriptionFeaturesThe MK1491-14 is a low cost, low jitter, high performance clock synthesizer for OPTi’s Firestar and Firestar+ chipsets for Pentium™ Processor-based mobile computer applications. Using analog Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) techniques, the device uses a 14.318 MHz crystal input to produce multiple output clocks up to 75 MHz. It provides selectable Host and PCI local bus clocks as well as selectable clocks for Super I/O or Universal Serial Bus (USB). The device checks the status of all I/O pins during power-up. This status (pulled high or low) then determines the frequency selections and power down modes (see the tables on page 2). Within 10ms after power up, the inputs change to outputs and the clocks start up. In the diagrams to the right, the 33Ω resistors are the normal output termination resistors. The 10k Ω resistor pulls low to generate a logic zero. Internal pull-up resistors are present on all inputs to generate a logic one when an external pull-down resistor is not connected.Pentium is a trademark of Intel Corporationto loadto loadFor select = 0 (low)For select = 1 (high)External ComponentsThe MK1491 requires some inexpensive external components for proper operation. Decoupling capacitors of 0.1µF should be connected on each VDD pin to ground, as close to the MK1491 as possible. A series termination resistor of 33Ω may be used for each clock output. See the discussion on page 4 for other external resistors required for proper I/O operation. The 14.318 MHz oscillator has internal caps that provide the proper load for a parallel resonant crystal with C L =18pF. For tuning with other values of C L , the formula 2•(C L -18) gives the value of each capacitor that should be connected between X1 and ground and X2 and ground.。
