教学目标:
1、知识目标
(1)能听懂、会说并认读下列单词:travel, hear, know, lake, trip, plan, classmate.
(2)能听懂、会说并认读下列句子We’re going to go to Hangzhou by plane.
2、能力目标
能听懂并能运用“be going to”句型讲述自己的计划和即将发生的事情。
教学重点:
(1)单词travel, hear, know, lake, trip, plan, classmate及短语by plane/train/ship, think about的认读。
(2)运用“be going to”句型描述即将做的事情。
教学准备:
多媒体课件、单词卡片
教学方法:
充分利用多媒体资源,给学生以形象、直观的信息,使知识的呈现生动有趣,同时还利用多媒体进行多样化的操练,不断激发学生的创造性思维。
教学设计
Step 1 Warming-up
1. Greetings.
2. Say a chant. (课件显示P28 Let’s chant内容)
Dred dreams to drive a truck.
He drinks coffee from a mug.
He drinks slowly like a duck.
He drives slowly for good luck.
Step 2 Words
1. 教授短语by plane
T: I’m going to go to Hangzhou. But it’s very far. I’m going to go by plane. 学习短语by plane 2.学习句型We’re going to
T: Hangzhou is very beautiful. What do you think about? S: Yes. The West Lake is really nice. T: We’re going t o go to Shanghai by plane.
Step 3 Presentation
①介绍新朋友,Lily。
引导学生进入travel around China的情境。
并为随后的课程铺垫。
T: Lily is going to travel around China, but she needs some ideas. Her friends give her some advice. Let’s see.出示图片,通过句子整体呈现引出四会词hear, know并适时进行教学。
②教师假设自己是Lily。
T: If I’m Lily, I’m going to Sanya, Shanghai, Xi’an and West Lake.引出本课的三会单词并进行
操练。
操练先由大组再到个人。
③接前一环节中的地点,出示课件中的地图,造成距离感,
T: Oh, you are going to Sanya, but we are in Changsha. It’s very far. How can we get there? By plane or on foot? 并引入交通方式的词语(三会词)进行教学.
④结合之前的操练和地图,请学生四人组讨论去向及交通方式。
进入四会句型的操练。
利用we are going to ….by….
⑤T: Lily makes a travel plan. Now let’s listen and answer.引导学生听课文录音回答Where is she going?锻炼学生听力能力的同时,也考察了学生对于文章的整体感知和理解。
跟读课文。
注意语音语调。
二次理解并为练习做铺垫。
自读课文,完成选择题。
集体核对
订正。
Step 4 Practices
T: I’m going to go to Qingdao, and I’m going to go by bus.(出示客车图片) How do you go ?
S: I’m going to go by bus/car/bike/train/…
师生一起总结交通工具并教授单词plane(单词卡片),男女生练习,老师提供地点:Boys: I’m going to go to Shanghai.
Boys: I’m going to go by plane.
Girls: I’m going to go to Beijin g .
Girls: I’m going to go by train.
Step 5 Reading comprehension
Mr. and Mrs. Brown are from America. They are now teaching English in Zhengzhou. Their son Jack is with them. Jack speaks English. They want him to learn some Chinese. Jack is in Grade Three in a Chinese school. He plays with Chinese children every day. He listens to Chinese, speaks(讲) Chinese, reads books in Chinese and writes in Chinese. He is doing well in his Chinese.
