摘要：PURPOSE:To ensure the light-weight of an engine by applying the constitution wherein a cylinder head body is coupled to a crank bearing with a coupling part integrated with the cylinder head body, and the coupling part is constituted with a bridge celluarized via a gap capable of partly exposing a cylinder part. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder head 100 comprises a cylinder head body 101 and a bridge part 102 as integral with the cylinder head body 101 as a connection member for coupling the head 101 to a crank bearing part. A bridge structure for connection between the cylinder head body 101 and the crank bearing part has a gap 119 and a pillar type bridge part 102 is formed, thereby connecting the cylinder head body 101 to a crank bearing cap upper 112. The bridge part 102 is so formed as to be wide at a tightening end with the crank bearing cap upper 112. An opening 102c is formed at the end and lightweight is ensured with the opening 102c and a gap part 119.
