摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent agglomeration and deposition and to perform a sampling without causing a change in a solid particle concentration and particle size distribution of solid particles, by a method wherein a sampling tube is formed in a double tube, and a plural number of poroses are bored in the longitudinal direction of an inner pipe to induce a diluted gas. CONSTITUTION:A sampling pipe 9 and a diluted gas pipe 10' are formed in a double tube structure consisting of a sampling inner tube 15 and an outer tube 18, and poroses 16 are caused to act as a diluted gas fine flow path 10. With a suction pump 12 actuated, a solid-gas mixture phase fluid 9' is sucked through an opening end in a plant duct 8'. A diluted gas dilutes the fluid to a given diluting magnification without causing the agglomeration and deposition of solid particles, and a measuring gauge 11 measures the solid particles. The area of the fine pores 16 is enlarged at the upstream of the sampling inner tube, i.e., at a part having a high number concentration of the solid particles, and agglomeration between the particles and adhesion to the inner tube to brown motion dispersion is prevented. The pressure of the diluted gas is adjusted by means of a pressure adjuster 13 so that it is somewhat larger

than the pressure of the solid-gas mixture phase fluid 9'.
