Bicycles in China
Bicycles are very popular in China. In our country you can see bicycles almost everywhere. When you walk on the road, you will find a lot of people riding bicycles to school, shops and anywhere else. 制定学习目标的三个要求—全面、合理、高效
高尔基说过:“一个人追求的目标越高,他的才能就发展得越快,对社会就越有益。
个人有了明确的目标,他始终处于一种主动求发展的竞技状态,能充分发挥主观能动性,能精神
饱满地投入到学习和工作中,能够脱离低级趣味的影响,而且为达到目标能够有所放弃,一心向学。
在实际中,往往是奋斗目标越鲜明、越具体,越有益于成功。
一个登山运动员之所以能征服高山,是因为顶峰这个目标时刻在他心中。
一个成功者之所以能取得成就,也是因为他心中固守着一个目标。

目标有长短之分。

当然,学习不应该占据作息时间表上全部的空闲时间,得给休息、业余爱好、娱乐留出一些时间。
这一点对学习很重要,值得注意。

从这位中考状元的经验中,我们不难看出他制定的学习目标的特点是合理的。
的确,只有合理的目标才是可操作的。
那么,具体来说,学习目标的制定需要遵守哪三个要求呢?
1.全面
在安排时间时,既要考虑学习,也要考虑休息和娱乐,既要考虑课内学习、课外学习,还要考虑不同学科的时间搭配。
2.合理
要找出每天学习的最佳时间,如有的同学早晨头脑清醒最适合于记忆和思考;有的同学则晚上学习效果更好,要在最佳时间里完成较重要的学习任务。
此外注意文理交叉安排,如复习一会语文,就做几道算术题,然后再复习自然常识、外语等。
3.高效
要根据事情的轻重缓急来安排时间。
一般来说,把重要的或困难的学习任务放在前面来完成,因为这时候精力充沛,思维活跃,而把比较容易的放到稍后去做。
此外,较小的任务可以放在零星时间去完成,以充分做到见缝插针。
一天中供自己安排的时间基本上分为4段:早上起床到上学,上午放学到下午上学,下午放学到吃晚饭前,吃晚饭后到睡觉。
同学们应主要在这四个时间段里统筹安排自己的学习生活内容。
在进行时间安排时,还要注意以下两点:
1.要突出重点
也就是说,要根据自我分析中提出的学习重点或比较薄弱的学科在时间上给予重点保证。
2.要有机动时间
计划不要排得太满太紧,贪心的计划是难以做到的。
定了计划,一定要实行,不按计划办事,计划是没有用的。
为了使计划不落空,要对计划的实行情况定期检查。
可以制订一个计划检查表,把什么时间完成什么任务达到什么进度,列成表格,完成一项,就打上√。
