百马双螺杆泵泵体有多种加热保温的结构方案可供选择，以适应于不同介质在不同温度下的输送。
泵体上采用特殊结构的限压阀，当泵出口压力高于限压阀设定压力时，限压阀被打开，一部分介质经限压阀返回泵入口。
泵进出口腔采用特殊设计，工作原理百马双螺杆泵是一种能输送各种不含或含有少量固体颗粒的、清洁液体的正排量容积式转子泵。
这种泵由两根相向旋转的螺杆轴组成，每根螺杆轴上装有旋向相反的螺旋套。
在泵的工作过程中，两根螺杆轴上旋向相反的螺旋套相互啮合，并与泵体内腔形成密封腔，随着螺杆轴的转动，密封腔里的液体沿着密封腔作轴向运动，平稳而又连续地从泵入口被输送到泵出口处。

HMIC circuits consist of Silicon pedestals which form diodes or via conductors embedded in a glass dielectric, which acts as the low dispersion, microstrip transmission medium. The combination of silicon and glass allows HMIC devices to have excellent loss and power dissipation characteristics in a low profile, reliable device.The Surmount Schottky devices are excellent choices for circuits requiring the small parasitics of a beam lead device coupled with the superior mechanical performance of a chip. The SurMount structure employs very low resistance silicon vias to connect the Schottky contacts to the metalized mounting pads on the bottom surface of the chip. These devices are reliable, repeatable, and a lower cost performance solution to conventional devices. They have lower susceptibility to electrostatic discharge than conventional beam lead Schottky diodes.The multi-layer metalization employed in the fabrication of the Surmount Schottky junctions includes a platinum diffusion barrier, which permits all devices to be subjected to a 16-hour non-operating stabilization bake at 300 °C.The “ 0502 ” outline allows for Surface Mount placement and multi-functional polarity orientations. Case Style 1246The MA4E2502 Family of SurMount Schottky diodes are recommended for use in microwave circuits through Ku band frequencies for lower power applications such as mixers, sub-harmonic mixers, detectors and limiters. The use of plastic tipped tweezers or vacuum pickups is strongly recommended for individual components. The top surface of the die has a protective polyimide coating to minimize damage.The rugged construction of these SurMount devices allows the use of standard handling and die attach techniques. It is important to note that industry standard electrostatic discharge (ESD) control is required at all times, due to the sensitive nature of Schottky junctions.Bulk handling should insure that abrasion and mechanical shock are minimized.Die BondingDie attach for these devices is made simple through the use of surface mount die attach technology. Mounting pads are conveniently located on the bottom surface of these devices, and are opposite the active junction. The devices are well suited for high temperature solder attachment onto hard substrates. 80Au/20Sn and Sn63/Pb37 solders are acceptable for usage. Die attach with Electrically Conductive Silver Epoxy is Not Recommended.For Hard substrates, we recommend utilizing a vacuum tip and force of 60 to 100 grams applied uniformly to the top surface of the device, using a hot gas bonder with equal heat applied across the bottom mounting pads of the device. When soldering to soft substrates, it is recommended to use a lead-tin interface at the circuit board mounting pads. Position the die so that its mounting pads are aligned with the circuit board mounting pads. Reflow the solder paste by applying Equal heat to the circuit at both die-mounting pads. The solder joint must Not be made one at a time, creating un-equal heat flow and thermal stress. Solder reflow should Not be performed by causing heat to flow through the top surface of the die. 粉粒体的储藏料位通过吊在钢索上的称锤下降到仓斗中来进行测量。
根据称锤的下降距离输出相应比例的电流信号，可在远距离显示储藏料位。
称锤测量料位后马上回升。

2.1.1 温 度 -20℃～+50℃（无结冰现象）2.1.2 湿 度 45%～90%2.1.2 粉 尘在钢丝卷筒部附着大量粉尘，这些粉尘凝固后会成为动作不良的原因。

The MAX1146–MAX1149 low-power, 14-bit, multichannel, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) feature an internal track/hold (T/H), voltage reference, and clock. The MAX1146/MAX1148 operate from a single +4.75V to +5.25V supply, and the MAX1147/MAX1149 operate from a single +2.7V to +3.6V supply. All analog inputs are software configurable for unipolar/bipolar and single-ended/differential operation. The 4-wire serial interface connects directly to SPI™/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™ devices without external logic. The serial strobe output (SSTRB) allows convenient connection to digital signal processors. The MAX1146–MAX1149 use an internal clock or an external serial-interface clock to perform successive-approximation analog-to-digital conversions. The MAX1146/MAX1148 include an internal +4.096V reference, while the MAX1147/MAX1149 include an internal +2.500V reference. All devices accept an external reference from 1.5V to VDD. The MAX1146–MAX1149 provide a hardware shutdown and two software power-down modes. Using the software power-down modes allows the devices to be powered down between conversions. When powered down, accessing the serial interface automatically powers up the devices. The quick turn-on time allows power-down between all conversions. This technique reduces supply current to under 120µA for quick turn-on. The MAX1146–MAX1149 are available in a 20-pin TSSOP package.

MACTECH Dual Clamshell Lathe Operating Manual & Parts List 1SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS•Wear protective clothing, including safety glasses and steel toe boots.• DO NOT allow loose clothing or long hair near machine operations.• Keep work site and machine clean. Use brush to remove chips. DO NOT use hands or air hose.• Ensure adequate clearance around pipe before mounting machine.• Support pipe for total machine weight.• DO NOT rush the job. Rotate support cage assembly by hand until boththe gear and housing split lines on the clamshellsare aligned on each clamshell. If necessary, rotateclamshell housing on one end to properly alignthe split lines.2. Place the four (4) provided locking pins into thelock pin holes located on each gear face. One lockpin per each half on each clamshell is required toprevent gear rotation when the machine is split. Ifthe lock pin holes in the gear will not line up withthe holes in the housing, rotate the support cageassembly 180 degrees for proper alignment.3. Loosen and remove the eight (8) cap screwslocated on the tabs of the two aluminum cagesupport mounting plates. Determine pipe OD and select proper locator padset. The pad adjustment set screws are accessedfrom the outside of the housing using an allenwrench. Back off all locator pads as needed forproper clearance of pipe diameter.2. Determine if present slide location will clear pipe.If not, disassemble the tool holder slide fromclamshell gear faces by removing all of themounting bolts in the gearbox housing and theslide end cap. Pull clamshell halves straight awayfrom the bar to prevent binding on the locatingdowels. Remove all of the cap screws in the slideadapter plates located on the two disassembledclamshell halves. Place clamshell lathe halves around the pipe andtighten the clamping swing bolts on the sides ofthe clamshell frames and on the gear faces.Tighten swing bolts in aluminum housing beforeswing bolts on gear face. Fasten halves togethersecurely with eight (8) cap screws on the tabs ofthe aluminum cage support plates.NOTE:IF LATHE HALVES WILL NOT COMETOGETHER, CHECK LOCATOR PADS FORPROPER SIZE AND CLEARANCE – BACK OFFFURTHER IF NECESSARYMACTECH Dual Clamshell Lathe Operating Manual & Parts List32. Lightly tighten the adjustable locator pads aroundthe pipe diameter just enough to secure theclamshell. Do not tighten down completely untilthe squaring and centering operations arecompleted.3. Remove the four (4) locking pins from the gearface on both clamshells. This allows the gear torotate freely. Rotate slide and cage assembly byhand to check for smooth rotation.Centering the Lathe on the Pipe1. Using a 6" scale, measure the distance from thepipe OD to the clam ID at two positions 180degrees apart. Adjust pads until they are equaldistance while maintaining a secure fit to the pipe.Repeat on pads other pads 90 degrees apart.Procedure should be done to both ends of thelathe.2. Mount a dial indicator (not included) on the gearface of one clamshell to indicate the OD of thepipe. Rotate the gear by hand, checking forproper centering and minor adjustments as in step#1 with a dial indicator instead of scale.Attaching and Adjusting the Tripper1. Rotate slide and support cage assembly so that thetripper wheel on the gear box is perpendicularwith the tripper bracket mounting notch, which islocated on the clamshell housing closest to thegear box.2. The amount of feed can be adjusted by looseningthe cap screws that are located by the adjustmentknob on the tripper block base. Turn adjustmentknob to increase or decrease the feed rate.Setting Tool BitsPrior to installation of a tool bit, determine which tool bit must be used for your specific machining operation. The following steps describe installation of tool bits for machining.1. Using the tool block thumb wheel, back tool block away from pipe to create room for bits.2. Insert proper tool bit so that the cutting tip touches the pipe OD and stems from the centerline of the pipe. Hold bit with one cap screw, snug but NOT tight.3. Adjust the distance until the flashing beams of the LEDs in the instru-ment converge. Read the voltage and polarity of the charged surface on the meter display.For additional measurements repeat step four only.To freeze the display, press the HOLD button. To read the voltages, start at a greater distance to the target as given under specifications.MaintenanceThe battery should be replaced annually, whenever you plan an extended period of unattended monitoring,or whenever “BAT” appears in the display for more than an instant. To obtain accurate and drift free readings the sensor plate and especially the area around the aperture must be kept absolutely clean at all times.Never touch the aperture with anything – not even acotton swab.With the Model 282, accuracy is unquestioned.Simply hold the instrument so the range finder LED beams form a non-pulsing circle indicating you’re at exactly the right distance from the target for readings up to 20 kV. Additionally, Monroe’s chopper-stabilized circuitry is immune to ionization, unlike ordinary static locators. Description
M/A-COM offers six unique PIN diodes in five industry standard, low cost, surface mount plastic packages. Within this series, the PIN diodes offered, feature a variety of low resistance, low capacitance and long minority carrier lifetime characteristics. The MA4P275 has the lowest series resistance for Series Insertion Loss and Shunt Isolation switches. The MA4P789 has the lowest capacitance and offers the highest isolation in Series and Series-Shunt switches through 3 GHz. The MA4P277 and MA4P278 PIN diodes have longer intrinsic layers to produce better distortion performance in attenuators. The MA4P282 and MA4P274 are generalpurpose PIN diodes useful in either switches or attenuators. These parts are available as single diodes, series pairs ( ST ) , reverse series pairs ( STR ) , common cathode pairs ( CK ) , common anode pairs ( CA ) , and unconnected pairs in the featured packages. The SMPP series of PIN diodes is available in the SOT-23 (case style 287), the SOT-143 (case style 1068), the SOT323 (case style 1146) , the SOD-323 (case style 1141) , and the SC-79 (case style 1279) packages. These packages are supplied on tape and reel for automatic pick and place assembly on surface mount circuit boards. The tape and reel suffix designation is a “T” at the end of the part number.
