In the end, whether international business law is accepted and implemented by nation states depends largely on cooperation.
If nation states do not choose to cooperate and observe international business law (or do so selectively), then it will not be implemented.

What is international business law?
Answer: Simply, it is the standardization of fundamental business practices worldwide and is a function of increasing global interdependence.
The goal here is to create uniform standards as much as possible.

Sources of international business law: •Major international non-governmental organizations (NGOs): IMF, World Bank •Regional country groups: ASEAN, EU •Major countries: US, Chinonal business law is a matter of selfinterest. To have a single legal framework that governs international transactions saves time and money by simplifying the costs of compliance.
Ultimately, international business law becomes a compromise between these entities.
