【摘要】Objective To explore the safety of the chemotherapy that including pegaspargase in treating lymphoma patients , which can provide certain reference for clinical application. Methods retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of the patients who received the chemotherapy including pegaspargase during January 2012 and December 2014,and the adverse event of chemotherapy was observed. Results A total of 54 patients have been used pegaspargase,including 34 NK/T lymphoma cases and 20 T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma cases. All the patients received 248 pegaspargase treatments. the median number is 3. Of 54 cases,the bone marrow suppression rate is 81.5%(44/54),Biochemical index abnormal rate is 22.2%(12/54),the coagulant function abnormality rate is 48.1%(26/54),the infection rate is 5.6%(3/54),the venous thrombosis rate is 3.7%(2/54),the allergic reaction is 3.7%(2/54),the pancreatitis rate is
1.9%(1/54),the bleeding rate is 1.9%(1/54). Conclusion The adverse event of pe-gaspargase is controllable,it can be safely used in the treatment of patients with lymphoma.%目的：探讨含培门冬酶的化疗方案在淋巴瘤患者中的安全性，为临床应用提供一定参考。

方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月至2014年12月我院使用含培门冬酶方案化疗的淋巴瘤患者的病历资料，观察其化疗不良反
应。

结果共有54例淋巴瘤患者使用了培门冬酶，其中NK/T淋巴瘤34例，T淋
巴母细胞淋巴瘤20例。

所有患者共接受了248例次培门冬酶治疗，中位使用次数3次。

54例患者中，骨髓抑制发生率81.5%（44/54)，生化指标异常发生率22.2%（12/54)，凝血功能异常48.1%（26/54)，感染5.6%（3/54)，静脉血栓3.7%（2/54)，过敏反应3.7%（2/54)，胰腺炎1.9%（1/54)，出血1.9%（1/54)。

结论培门冬酶不良反应临床可控，可安全用于淋巴瘤患者的治疗。
