今天我演讲的题目是《诚信在心中》。

自古以来，诚信就是取得他人信任的基础，是做人的根本和道德的要求。

事实证明，一个人在官场上不讲诚信，那他会办不了事;一个商人不讲诚信，他在商界中会立不了足;一个小学生不讲诚信，他将会养成不诚实的坏习惯。

总之，诚信二字非常重要，不得小看，它几乎渗透到每个人日常生活的方方面面，小到诚实不说谎，大到对祖国、事业的忠诚与坚守。

可在日常生活中，有些人往往会把诚信二字丢在后脑勺。

我曾经也是一个不讲诚信的孩子。

那是在一次竞选班长的时候，我落选了，连续当了几年班长的我，对这次落选感到太突然，难以接受和面对眼前的事实。

在伤心的同时，我又感到惊慌和害怕，不知道怎样向爸爸、妈妈交待，所以我决定把这件事隐瞒起来。

回到家后，为了不使爸爸、妈妈看出自己伤心，我尽量装出一副高兴的样子，只能在晚上睡觉时蒙在被子里偷偷地流眼泪。

多少个夜晚，我的泪水渗透了被单，可还
是不敢跟爸爸、妈妈说实话。

每天提心吊胆，生怕事情被发现，心里的压力日益增加。

一心想考上好成绩的我，成绩却直线下降。

这种欺骗的日子确实很难过。

可最终纸还是包不住火，终于有一天，老师请爸爸到学校来，反映了我的近况。

那一天我觉得，回家肯定少不了来顿揍。

谁知，爸爸、妈妈并没有打我，而是跟我讲道理。

爸爸意味深长地对我说：孩子，你已经长大了，应该懂得明辨是非，班长落选，爸爸、妈妈不责怪你，可你不诚实，才是最大的错误。

这样下去，不仅害了自己，也辜负了老师和爸爸、妈妈对你的希望。

长大后，你就会像《狼来了》故事中的小男孩，再也没有人相信你、信任你。

要记住：金钱可以买到山珍海味，可它却买不到诚信，因为诚信不是买来的，而是靠一个人平日诚实守信养成的结果。

做人如果不诚实、不守信，不仅欺骗了别人，最终也害了自己。

听了爸爸的话，我心里的压力不仅轻松了许多。

更重要的是让我意识到有一颗诚实、守信的心灵是多么的重要啊!诚信才是真正的无价之宝。

always float on it .in summmer we have to go far away from the village to swim。

what causes this? who is the devil?it’s the human ourselves.i have got to known from a book .the rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields and damages the earth’s surface .it pollutes soil，wave ，atmosphere and damages our health.the adults often saythe body is capital. but why are they able to make woollen cloth like this? does it affect everybody’
