摘要：PURPOSE:To deemulsify an oil in water type emulsion easily and quickly by adding excessive amt. of oil to the oil component constituting a dispersed phase of the emulsion to the emulsion and stirring the mixture. CONSTITUTION:An oil in water type emulsion (O/W emulsion) is introduced into a premixer 1 together with a part of deemulsified oil. A stirrer 2 is provided to the premixer 1, by which the emulsion forms a uniform liquid mixture together with added oil. The liquid mixture is introduced into a deemulsifier 3, to which a high speed stirrer, i.e. a homogenizer 4 is provided. By the stirrer, the liquid mixture is stirred and attains a state sheared with a high shearing stress. After finishing the treatment in the deemulsifier 3, treated liquid is introduced into a precipitator 5, where an oil phase 6 is separated from emulsion phase 7, and the oil of a part of the oil phase 6 is returned again to the premixer 2.
