Guangzhou,known as the City of Flowers,is not only famous for its beautiful landscapes but also for its rich culinary culture.The Cantonese cuisine,which is one of the eight major Chinese cuisines,has a long history and is characterized by its lightness, freshness,and emphasis on the harmony of color,aroma,and taste.
