TP 护理操作路径在辅助肺癌患者化疗中的作用

【摘要】目的:探讨TP 护理操作路径在肺癌患者化疗中的作用.方法:将我院100 例肺癌化疗患者随机分为实验组对照组,每组各50 例.实验组患者给予TP 护理操作,对照组给予常规化疗,治疗后分别对实验组的和对照组静脉炎的发生情况、外渗、毒性反应、对化疗的依从性及对护理工作的满意情况进行对比.结果:静脉炎的发生率和外渗率实验组为18%和10%,对照组为60%和50%,实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);毒性反应实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者对护理工作的满意度为100%,对照组为40%,依从性中实验组依从为80%,对照组为20%,实验组均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:TP 护理操作路径可以降低毒性反应和药物静脉外渗的发生,提高患者的满意度和依从性,在辅助临床上肺癌患者的化疗治疗方面具有很大的意义,值得临床上广泛推广.%Objective: To study the effect of TP nursing paths in the chemotherapy of the patients with lung cancer. Methods: 100 patients with lung cancer with chemotherapy of our hospital were divided into the experiment group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases). The patients in the experiment group were given TP nursing paths and those in the control group were conventional nursing. The phlebitis occurrence, the permeability, adverse reaction of chemotherapy, compliance and nursing work satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results: The incidence of phlebitis and leakage rate in the experiment group was 18% and 10%,
60% and 50% in the control group, those the experiment group was significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the adverse reaction of the experiment group also lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); the satisfaction degree of nursing was 100% in the experiment group, and was 40% in the control group, the rate of compliance was 80% in the experiment group, and was 20% in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: TP nursing paths can decrease the adverse reaction of chemotherapy and permeability of the drugs, improve the satisfaction degree and compliance, has very great help for the patients with lung cancer, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
