SOLUTION: In the vehicle body panel 4a with the inner panel 1 joined with a back side of an outer panel 3, the projecting parts 2 with a top part 2a directed to the outer panel 3 side are formed on the inner panel 1 with a predetermined interval, and a reinforcement panel 6 is joined with a back side of the inner panel 1 so as to form a closed section in projecting parts 2d selected from the projecting parts 2.
