摘要：PURPOSE:To average the period of a timing signal by a desired ratio, and to make the scale of a circuit small by receiving a reset signal from the other system, and resetting a counter part alternately in each system by the desired ratio. CONSTITUTION:In the timing generation systems of duplexed constitution, counters 2, 6 to generate the timing signals obtained by frequency-dividing clock signals from clock signal generating parts 1, 5, reset signal generating parts 3, 7 to generate the reset signals by differentiating the timing signals, and reset input control parts 4, 8 to generate the reset signals by which both the systems reset alternately the counters 2, 6 of its own system in response to the reset signal from the other system are provided Namely, when the other system is reset alternately, the periods of both the systems are averaged. Accordingly, since voltage control is not used for synchronizing the timing signal, the increase of the circuit scale is suppressed.
