鼻咽癌放疗患者疾病获益感现状及影响因素分析

【摘要】Objective To gain knowledge of the current situation of the benefit finding of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who underwent treatment of radiotherapy, and to analyze its influencing factors, in order to provide theoretical foundation for formulating specific intervening measures. Methods Convenient sampling of 214 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated with radiotherapy has been done by using self-made investigational table on general information as well as scale on benefit finding. Results The benefit finding of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients was at the intermediate level with total average score at 2.67 ± 0.85, among which, social relationship scored the highest at 3.20±1.05, family relationship scored the second highest at 3.16±1.31, worldview scored the lowest at 2.29±0.93. In general information, age (t=-4.178,
P<0.01) and educational level (t=2.159, P<0.05) were the major contributors to benefit finding level. Conclusions Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radiotherapy had a moderate level of benefit finding. Staff nurses should focus on the psychological status of the patients and take individual interventions to enhance the positive emotional experiences.%目的：了解鼻咽癌放疗患者疾病获益感的现状，分析其
影响因素，为其制订针对性的干预措施提供依据。

方法采用自制的一般资料调查表、疾病获益感量表对214例鼻咽癌放疗患者进行了便利抽样调查。

结果鼻咽癌放疗
患者的疾病获益感处于中等水平，总均分为（2.67±0.85）分。

其中社会关系维度得分最高为（3.20±1.05）分，其次是家庭关系得分为（3.16±1.31）分，世界观
维度得分最低仅（2.29±0.93）分；多元线性回归分析结果显示，年龄（t=-4.178，P<0.01）和文化程度（t=2.159，P<0.05）对疾病获益感的水平有明显影响。

结
论鼻咽癌放疗患者的疾病获益感处于中等水平，年龄与文化程度是其主要影响因素。

护理人员在护理鼻咽癌放疗患者时应注重评估患者的疾病获益感，根据年龄与文化程度制订并给予个性化的干预措施，以期提高这种积极情绪的体验。
