常规血脂检验在冠心病临床诊断中的应用价值

Y A NG Jian-xia Department of Clinical Laboratory, Second People's Hospital of Sheyang County, Sheyang, Jiangsu Province, 224300 China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of routine blood lipid testing in the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart dis鄄 ease. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 250 patients with coronary heart disease in the hospital were conve鄄 nient selected as the experimental group, and 250 healthy volunteers in the same period as the control group. Two groups of routine blood lipid tests were performed, and the differences in the index levels of the patients with different degrees of dis鄄 ease in the two groups and the experimental group were compared and the positive rate was statistically analyzed. Results The serum total cholesterol (4.89依0.76) mmol/L positive rate was 90.8%; triglyceride (2.27 依1.51) mmol/L, positive rate 84.0%; low density lipoprotein cholesterol (2.95依0.82) mmol/L, the positive rate was 77.2%; the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (1.12依0.40) mmol/L, the positive rate was 86.4%; the apolipoprotein A1 (1.66依0.75) g/L, the positive rate was 81.6%; the apolipoprotein B (1.31依0.62)g/L, the positive rate was 85.2%. The indexes were statistically different from the control group.The differents was statistically significant (t=4.626, 字2=13.486; t=3.971, 字2=11.532; t=3.485, 字2=10.793; t = 4.720, 字2 =12.406; t =5.179, 字2 =12.085; t =4.853, 字2 =11.290袁P约0.05). Conclusion The dyslipidemia is closely related to coronary heart disease. The routine blood lipid test can provide valuable laboratory basis for the clinical diagnosis of this disease.
