Discuss with RD/ PMC/ IT to define the Project target, scope. Take one project as a test case to check the feasibility in PLM and SAP. Establish detail ideal substitute logic with Advantech AKMU/ EPC/ PPC/ IA/ AWS/ ADMU PMC. AKMU IT code the AKMU IEB BOM program to adapt to the substitute part logic and decrease human effort. Communicate with group RD head’s advice and expectation of the substitute function. Meet and collect suggestions from INCG/ IAG/ ECG/ SAG/ group PM and RD separately.
