【摘要】目的：观察不同手术方案联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注化疗在浅表性膀胱癌患者中的应用效果。

方法将2009年6月至2013年9月我院收治的86例浅表性膀胱癌患者按照随机数字表法均分两组，研究组患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切手术（TURBT），对照组患者行常规膀胱部分切除手术，术后两组患者均给予早期吡柔比星膀胱灌注化疗，对两种治疗方案的优缺点进行综合比较。

结果研究组患者手术耗时、术中出血量、留置导尿管时间均少于对照组（P＜0．05），研究组术后并发症发生率（6．98％）低于对照组（23．26％）（P＜0．05）；两组患者复发率比较无明显差异（P＞0．05）；术后6月，研究组患者生活质量评分（QOL 评分）明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。

结论经尿道汽化电切手术联合膀胱灌注化疗治疗浅表性膀胱癌可显著提高患者生活质量。

%Objective This paper was to observe the clinical efficacy of different surgical methods combined with intravesical instillation of pirarubicin chemotherapyin treating patients with superficial bladder cancer.Methods 130 cases of patients with superficial bladder cancer and received therapy in our hospital during June 2009 and September 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,patients in study group were given transurethral resection of bladder tumor( TURBT) while patients control group were given partial cystectomy,all patients received
immediate instillation of chemotherapy with pirarubicin,the advantages and disadvantages of two groups were compared.Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, indwelling catheter time of study group were less than that of control group(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative complications in study group(6.98%)was less than that in control group(23.26%)(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups (P>0.05).6 months after operation,the QOL score of study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions TURBT combined with intravesical instillation of pirarubicin chemotherapy can significantly improve the life quality of patients.
