航空性中耳炎的临床探讨

【摘要】Objective To study the clinical symptoms analysis of aviation otitis media.Methods Between January 2010 and January 2015 in our hospital 12 crew and passengers 8 diagnostic data were retrospectively analyzed, through to summarize the clinical data and the knowledge of aviation otitis media of the pathogenic factors and clinical symptoms.Results 20 cases, 2 cases diagnosed by aviation sex otitis media caused by eustachian tube dysfunction, 6 cases caused by upper respiratory tract infection aviation otitis media, 12 cases were caused by nasal and nasopharyngeal lesions aviation otitis media.Conclusion Through summary analysis of the diagnostic data, aviation otitis media of the upper respiratory tract infection were the major pathogenic factors, nasopharyngeal lesions and the decrease of the aircraft speed, etc.%目的探讨分析航空性中耳炎的临床症状.方法对2010年1月~ 2015年1月来我院就诊的12名空勤人员和8名旅客的诊断资料进行回顾性分析,通过对临床资料总结研究,了解航空性中耳炎的致病因素及临床症状.结果 20个病例中,初步诊断为2例因咽鼓管功能障碍导致航空性中耳炎,6例因上呼吸道感染导致航空性中耳炎,12例因鼻腔与鼻咽部病变导致航空性中耳炎.结论通过对诊断资料的总结分析,航空性中耳炎的致病因素主要有上呼吸道感染、鼻咽部病变、飞机下降速度等.
