Teaching steps:
1. Organization of the class:
A. Greeting
B. Sing an English song: Good morning
2. Learn the conversation:
1) Listen to the tape and then read after the teacher.
2) Play a game: introduce someone’s name.
3) Let some students act before the class.
4) Teacher joins the students: Hello. I am Miss Lu. What’s your name?
Make a dialogue with the students. Then ask another students: “ What’s his/her
name?”
3. Teach the new words in vocabulary:

4. Listen and number: ( Practice 1 )
5. Practice 2: Listen to the tape for twice. And then answer the questions. .
6. Listen to the tape of Target and the conversation, then read together.
7. Game: pass the massage:
(1)Who’s that boy?He’s my friend.

Homework:
Copy the new words. Read the conversation and the target.

6. Let the students point to the picture of activity 2 and say. Then ask some students to act.
7. Activity 3: Read and match.
8. Learn the words of alphabet 1.
