【摘要】Objective To analyze the situation of tuberculosis patients in the county of 2011~2014 ,and to discuss the measures of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in the future .Methods Excel was used to analyze the gender ,age ,occupation ,nationality ,etc .Results 70% of the male and 90% of the patients were the main characteristics of the patients with tuberculosis ,and 55 years of age and over 40% ,the main findings of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were found .Conclusion Government commitment of tuberculosis prevention and control work
smoothly ,prevention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis will respond to the challenge of the aging of the population and rural empty nest ,basic function of grassro‐ots health institutions in the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis should be strengthened .%目的：分析2011～2014年全县肺结核患者发现情况，探讨今后肺结核防治工作的措施。

方法利用ex cel对患者的性别、年龄、职业、民族等社会经济特征，患者来源、患者的分型与诊断结果等进行统计分析。

结果男性占70％，农民占90％是全县肺结核患者的主要特征，55岁及以上患者占总发现数的40％以上，因症就诊与转诊是肺结核患者的主要发现方式。

结论政府承诺影响肺结核防治工作的顺利开展，肺结核防治将应
对人口老龄化与农村空巢化的挑战，基层卫生机构在肺结核防治工作中的网底功能有待强化。
