包头市铁路后勤人员高血压影响因素的研究

【摘要】O bjective To understand the status of hypertension and its influencing factors in staff in railway systems in Baotou City and to provide references for the introduction of intervention measures of hypertension among staff in railway systems.M e th o d s Physical examination data of railway logistic staff in 2015 were collected and questionnaires were administered among them.Factors influencing hypertension were analyzed by logistics regression analysis.R esults Factors like gender , occupation , staying up late , smoking habits , frequency of exercise , environment drinking frequen-cy , working time and high density lipoprotein were irrelevant to hypertension among logistics personnel ( P>0 . 05 ) . Lo-gistic regression analysis showed that the abnormal blood glucose , body mass index ( BMI ) , LDL , ALT , GLU , GT , TC , and TG were relevant to hypertension among logistics personnel(P<0.05).Abnormal blood glucose,BMI,ALT,GLU, TC,and TG were risk factors and GLU was a protective factor.C onclusion The prevalence of hypertension in logistic staff is related to abnormal blood glucose , BMI , LDL , ALT , GLU , TC , TG , family history and so on . Regular medical examination should be carried out among logistic staff to promote their health .%目的：了解包头地区铁路
系统后勤工作人员高血压的状况及其影响因素，为制定铁路系统高血压疾病的干预措施提供依据。

方法采用现况研究，收集2015年铁路后勤工作人员的体检资料并对人员进行调查，并采用logistics回归分析探讨影响高血压的因素。

结果性别、
职业、熬夜、吸烟习惯、是否关注三高、运动频率、每天吸烟量、周围环境受吸烟影响、喝酒频率、工作时间、高密度脂蛋白与后勤人员高血压无关(P＞0.05)。

logistic回归分析结果表明，血糖异常、体重指数(BM I)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT )、血糖(GLU )、谷氨酰胺转肽酶(G T )、胆固醇(T C )、三酰甘油(T G )与后勤人员高血压的异常有关(P＜0.05)，其中血糖异常、BM I、LDL 、ALT 、T C 、T G 是危险因素，是否关注三高、GLU 为保护因素。

结论后勤人员的高血
压患病情况与血糖异常、BM I、LDL 、ALT 、GLU 、T C 、T G 、家族史等有关，应给予后勤人员定期的体检，以促进后勤工作人员的健康。
