新农合信息查询系统设计与开发

【摘要】目的:设计一种新农合信息查询系统,实现管理者对新农合信息的实时监控,并及时干预.方法:采用C/S结构,依托“军卫一号”系统数据库及客户端开发工具开发相应的新农合信息查询模块.结果:管理者运用该系统提取的各种表进行统计分析,有效控制了目录外用药及大额材料的使用率,降低了次均费用.结论:该系统能为管理者省去大量计算,减少出错率,提高工作效率,现已成为医院新农合病人医疗质量、费用管理的重要工具.%Objective: Designing an information query system of new rural cooperative medical care, to realize managers real-time monitoring and timely intervention of the information. Methods: Developing corresponding information query module with C/S structure, " No.l Military Medical Project " database and client development tools. Results: Managers can make statistical analysis with this system, and effectively control the utilization rate of directory for external use and large material, reducing average costs at the same time. Conclusion: The system can help managers by omitting a great deal of count, decreasing error rate, and improving work efficiency. It can be a very important instrument for the medical quality and cost management of our hospital patients of new rural cooperative.
