【摘要】目的：分析乳腺硬化性腺病的钼靶X线特点，并与病理结果进行对照，以提高诊断准确率。

方法收集经手术病理证实的硬化性腺病19例共23处病灶，对其X线表现进行回顾分析，并与病理进行对照。

结果23个病灶中，X线表现结节11个，合并钙化2个，局限性腺体增生致密4个，局部结构紊乱呈星状收缩2个，阴性4个。

结论硬化性乳腺病X线表现易与乳腺癌混淆，主要区别是乳腺癌钙化率高，本病钙化率低（本组2例），其诊断需结合临床病史及查体，以期减少误诊。

%Objective To analyze the mammographic features of sclerosing adenosis of breast, and compare with the pathology results, in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods The X-ray and pathological features of sclerosing adenosis of 23 focuses in 19 cases proved by histology were reviewed and contrasted with the results of pathology. Results On mammography, the lesions appeared as nodles in 9/23(39.1%), calcifications inside the lesions in 2/23(8.7%) , focal hyperplasia of dense 4/23(17.4%), focal architectural disorder combined with stellate constriction in 2/23(8.7%), and negative lesions 4/23(17.4%). Conclusion The sclerosing adenosisis easily confused with breast carcinoma on mammographic signs, the diagnosis should be combined with clinical history and palpation examination.
