Stress is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it can bea powerful motivator that drives us to achieve great things. On the other hand, it can be a debilitating force that leaves us feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope.Personally, I have experienced both sides of the stress coin. When I was in college, I had a lot of stress due to the pressure of maintaining good grades and balancing extracurricular activities. However, this stress also pushed me to work harder and ultimately helped me achievemy goals. On the other hand, I have also experienced stress that was too much to handle. For example, when I started a newjob that required me to work long hours and deal withdifficult clients, I found myself struggling to keep up.The stress was so intense that I began to feel physicallyill and had trouble sleeping at night. In both cases, I learned that the key to managingstress is finding a healthy balance. It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but you also need to take care of yourself and recognize when the stress is becoming too much to handle.

1As the pace of life continues to increase, we are fast losing the art of relaxation.Once you are in the habit of rushing through life, being on the go from morning till night,it is hard to slow down. But relaxation is essential for a healthy mind and body.Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. In fact, it is not the bad thing as it is often supposed to be. A certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose to life. It is only when the stress gets out of control can it lead to poor performance and ill health. The amount of stress a person can withstand depends very much on the individual. Some people are not afraid of stress, and such characters are obviously prime material for managerial responsibilities. Others lose heart at the first signs of unusual difficulties. When exposed to stress, in whatever form, we react both chemically and physically. In fact, we make a choice between "flight or fight"and in more primitive days the choices made the difference between life or death. The crises we meet today are unlikely to be so extreme, but however little the stress, it involves the same response. It is when such a reaction lasts long, through continued exposure to stress, that health becomes endangered. Such serious conditions as high blood pressure and heart diseases have established links with stress. Since we cannot remove stress from our lives (it would be unwise to do so even if we could), we need to find ways to deal with it. 2As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern lifecontinues to increase, we are always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down. Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor performance and ill health. 3Pressure seems to be a natural part in our daily life in this competitive society. Like it or not there is always pressure of one kind or another. And it seems there is hardly any way to avoid it or get rid of it. Moreover, as the pace of modern life continues to quicken, pressure seems to be on the increase all the time.Different people have different ideas about pressure. Some hold that pressure is something very vicious. If there is too much of it, it will lead to the decline of one's physical and mental health. So they are always complaining about it or trying to flee from it. They think, only relaxation, the opposite of pressure, is what we should desire. On the other hand, others argue that pressure is not as bad as is often thought. In fact a certain amount of pressure is essential to provide motivation and meaning to our life. It is pressure that propels our progress and contributes to our success.Personally, I'm in favor of the latter idea. I believe that a little pressure is certainly an important incentive in life. It is only when the pressure gets out of control can it lead to poor performance and bad health. Since it is impossible to avoid pressure, certainly there is no sense trying to do so or complaining about it. 4Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to penetrate everything and everybody, it's hard to get through a day without hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some kind of new plague. However, numerous surveys confirm that the problem has progressively risen since the 1980s. Why all the disorder? After all, stress has been around since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, Stress is an unavoidable consequence of life. Without stress, there would be no life. However, just as distress can caw disease, there are good stresses that balance this, and promote wellness.Increased stress results in increased productivity--up to a point. However, this level differs for each of us. It's very much like the stress on a violin string. Not enough produces a dull. harsh sound. Too much makes sharp, annoying noir, or causes the string to snap. However, just the right degree can create magnificent tones. Similarly, we all need to find the proper level of stress that promotes optimal performance, and enables us to make harmonious music. Good health is more than just the absence of illness. Rather, it is a very robust state of physical and emotional well being that acknowledges the importance and inseparability of mind/body relationships. In the next program. I hope you will join me in the pursuit of learning how to exploit stress, so that it can work for you. and make you more productive, rather than self-destructive. 5Everyone has pressure, as long as you have things done or to heart, the pressure will go unnoticed in the attachment in the man's body, cause all sorts of "symptoms", for example: can't sleep, reduce appetite, or in a bad mood... And so on.My pressure is not home after finish homework can't write, often busy to midnight; Dad's pressure is accounting work done; Mother's pressure because he was a career woman, a candle burning at both ends and worry can't give attention to both family and work is good, and her sister's pressure is myopic degree increased very fast, it is difficult to control.Pressure are not necessarily bad, there are also some is good. If there is too much of it, it will lead to the decline of ones physical and mental health. So they are always complaining about it or trying to flee from it. They think, only relaxation, the opposite of pressure, is what we should desire. On the other hand, others argue that pressure is not as bad as is often thought. In fact a certain amount of pressure is essential to provide motivation and meaningto our life. It is pressure that propels our progress and contributes to our success.Personally, Im in favor of the latter idea. I believe that a little pressure is certainly an important incentive in life. It is only when the pressure gets out of control can it lead to poor performance and bad health. Since it is impossible to avoid pressure, certainly there is no sense trying to do so or complaining about it. 4Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to penetrate everything and everybody, its hard to get through a day without hearing or reading something about stress. Its very much like the stress on a violin string. 5As the pace of life continues to increase, we are fast losing the art of relaxation.Once you are in the habit of rushing through life, being on the go from morning till night,it is hard to slow down. In fact, we make a choice between flight or fightand in more primitive days the choices made the difference between life or death.

Stress is a common issue that affects many people. It can come from various sources such as work, relationships, and personal issues. However, instead of letting stress overwhelm us, we should learn to use it as a driving force to achieve our goals. One way to do this is by setting realistic goals and breaking them down into smaller, achievable tasks. This can help us to focus on what we can control and feel a sense of accomplishment as we complete each task. For example, if you are feeling stressed about a big project at work, you can break it down into smaller tasks such as researching, drafting, and editing. By completing each task, you canfeel more in control and less overwhelmed.Another way to turn stress into motivation is by changing our mindset. Instead of viewing stress as anegative thing, we can see it as a challenge that can help us grow and improve. This can help us to approach stressful situations with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. For instance, if you are feeling stressed about a presentation, you can view it as an opportunity to improve your public speaking skills and gain more confidence. In conclusion, stress can be a powerful motivator if we learn to use it in a positive way. By setting realistic goals and changing our mindset, we can turn stress into a driving force that helps us achieve our goals.

Title: The Power of Pressure。
Pressure is often viewed as a negative force, something to be avoided or minimized. However, it's essential to recognize that pressure can also serve as a powerful motivator and catalyst for growth and success. In this essay, we'll explore the concept of pressure as a driving force in our lives.Firstly, pressure pushes us out of our comfort zones and challenges us to reach new heights. When faced with deadlines, expectations, or competition, we're compelled to perform at our best. This pressure creates a sense of urgency and focus, prompting us to tap into our potential and capabilities that we might not have otherwise realized. Moreover, pressure fosters resilience and adaptability. In times of stress or adversity, we're forced to confront our limitations and find innovative solutions to overcomeobstacles. This process of facing and overcoming challenges strengthens our character and equips us with invaluable skills for navigating future difficulties.Furthermore, pressure often leads to innovation and creativity. When we're under the gun, so to speak, our minds are sparked into action, searching for novel approaches and unconventional ideas. Some of the greatest breakthroughs in history have been born out of the intense pressure to innovate and succeed. In addition, pressure can cultivate a strong work ethic and drive for excellence. When we feel the weight of expectations upon us, we're compelled to push ourselves beyond our perceived limits and strive for perfection. This relentless pursuit of excellence fuels our ambition and propels us toward our goals. However, it's crucial to recognize the fine line between healthy pressure and overwhelming stress. While moderate pressure can be beneficial, excessive stress can have detrimental effects on our physical and mental well-being. It's essential to maintain a balance and seek support when feeling overwhelmed by pressure. In conclusion, while pressure is often perceived as a negative force, it can also serve as a powerful motivator and catalyst for growth. By embracing pressure and harnessing its potential, we can push ourselves to new heights of achievement and fulfillment. Ultimately, pressure is not merely a burden to bear but a force to be embraced and utilized in our journey toward success.。

English CompositionTitle: The Power of Pressure: A Catalyst for SuccessHigh school is a crucible of pressure and stress, where the weight of expectations can be as heavy as the textbooks we carry. For many students, including myself, the journey through the final year, especially in the face of college entrance exams, is a test ofresilience and determination. Yet, it is within this crucible that I have discovered the paradoxical truth: pressure can be a formidable source of motivation. The year was a relentless cycle of classes, assignments, and exams, each one a stepping stone towards the ultimate goal—university admission. The pressure was palpable, a constant presence that loomed over us like a specter. It was easy to feel overwhelmed, to be consumed by the fear of failure. But as I navigated through the tumultuous waters of my senior year, I began to recognize the transformative power of pressure.Pressure, when channeled correctly, can ignite a fire within us, a drive to excel and to surpass our own limitations. It was the early mornings, the late nights, and the relentless pursuit of knowledge that fueled my ambition. The pressure to perform well was not a burden but a catalyst that propelled me forward. It was the silent push that urged me to delve deeper into subjects, to ask questions, and to seek answersthat I had not considered before. My transformation under the influence of pressure was not immediate. There were moments of doubt, when the weight of expectations seemed too much to bear. It was during these times that I sought solace in the words of my teachers, the encouragement from my peers, and the unwavering belief of my family. Their support was the anchor that kept me grounded amidst the storm of pressure. The pressure also served as a mirror, reflecting my strengths and weaknesses. It forced me to confront my fears, to acknowledge myshortcomings, and to strive for improvement. Each challenge was an opportunity for growth, each setback a lesson in perseverance. I learned to embrace the pressure, to use it as a tool for self-improvement, andto turn it into a force that empowered me.As the year progressed, I began to see the fruits of my labor. My grades improved, my understanding of complex concepts deepened, and my confidence grew. The pressure that once seemed like an insurmountable obstacle had become a stepping stone to success. It was no longer a source of anxiety but a driving force that propelled me towards my goals. The journey was not without its challenges. There were days whenthe pressure felt like a crushing weight, threatening to break my spirit. But I found strength in the resilience of my character, in the knowledge that I was not alone in my struggles. I drew inspiration from thestories of those who had faced similar pressures and emerged victorious. Their resilience became my roadmap, guiding me through the maze of pressure. As I reflect on my high school experience, I am grateful for the pressure that pushed me to my limits and beyond. It was the catalystthat ignited my passion for learning, the force that drove me to achieve, and the inspiration that continues to motivate me to this day.

I've been under a lot of pressure recently。
At the same time, under the pressure, I finally got to the 25th place。
There are 50 people in our class。
25 is just a middle line。
I've renewed my world outlook on pressure。
”A philosopher once said: "to make a difference and want to live a better life, you have to face the pressure that ordinary people can't bear。
You have to face it bravely and defeat it like the gladiators of ancient Rome。
This is the first step you have to take。
Therefore, the most precious thing in life is not ease, but the appropriate pressure。
