二、发展状况自我分析从事数学教育工作已有10个年头了，作为一名中青年教师，有着充沛的精力、饱满的热情和较强的学习接受新事物的能力，更容易接近学生；有一些课堂教学心得的积累，对数学教学有一定的见解，掌握了激发学生兴趣、引导学生合作探究学习的初浅教学方法。
弱势是缺乏耐心，学生基础差，如何使教学效果最优化、最大化，这还是一个不断学习和摸索的过程。
有些理论与实际操作脱节，要加强理念与实践相结合的探索。
三、学期发展目标1、加强学习。
有这样一句话：“活到老，学到老”。
告诫人们活着就要学习，它不论在任何时候，任何地方。
而我选择最为方便的学习方式就是读书，进行全面、系统的阅读学习，对书中的建议，想法，案例，方法进行分析与反思，做到及时摘录，认真写好深刻的学习体会，每学期至少一篇。
2、注重积累。
教师的成长需要积累。
时间的积累，经验的积累，知识的积累，总之教师的积累尤为重要。

俗话说:“活到老，学到老”，对我这个入职不久的年轻教师来说，加入“xx名师工作室”是学习的开始。
不知不觉中，加入名师工作室已经有一年了，在这一年当中，我受益匪浅，不仅开阔
了视野，也提升了自身的教育素质。
名师工作室的平台不仅为我
们的个人发展提供了机会，同时也使我们认识到自身的不足。
在
这个团队中，除了我，每个人或多或少的都有一些省市集的荣
誉，这让我自惭形秽，因此我也更加努力。
这一年来，看到他们
的专业，他们的努力，让我明白了，工作和上学时的学习是一样的，你必须认真学习，努力付出，这样才会专业。
现将这一年的
工作总结如下:
一、学无止境，我在路上这一年以来，我抱怨过多次，为什
么会有这么多的任务来完成?为什么要让我做一些我不会做的事情?但是，当我努力过后有所收获时，我觉得所有的一切都是值得
的。
(1)完成不可能的任务今年年初，工作室布置了一个新任务，每人完成两节微课录制，这对我来说完全是一个挑战。
从刚开始
的备课到互相磨课，再到微课录制技术的学习，这个过程充满了
艰辛，但是我也被工作室成员团结互助，不言放弃的精神所感
动。
我的寓言故事《乌龟和大象》微课录制不少于二十次，期间有过灰心，有过放弃的念头。
但是工作室每个成员的那种坚持的精神鼓舞着我，让我也完成了人生中第一次微课录制。
(2) 不断学习，充实自己3月26日。
有幸随xx老师赴xx参加第十二届“名师之路”全国小学“聚焦核心素养”教学研讨会。
本次教学研讨会分别邀请了国家及部分省市的十余位专家和名师，为来自全国各地的四千多名小学语文教师，作了十七节生动的示范课和六场精彩的讲座。
名师们以“低段识字、阅读”为主题，分别从识字教学的理念、方法、目标、评价等方面切入，用一节节鲜活的课例和接地气的讲座给我们灌输着识字教学的新理念和新教法。
三天的“名师之路”学习虽然是短暂的，但留给我的思索却很深很长。
特别是名师们轻松、幽默的教学艺术和教学风格，不但深受学生喜爱，而且使我受益匪浅。
名师课堂教学的生活化,艺术化。
专家的风采，让人叹为观止，让我大开眼界。
通过这次观摩活动，反思自己的课堂教学方法，使我深感自己在教学中和名师之间的差距。
我会把名师专家们的许多教学方法和先进理念运用到今后等教学中，进而提高课堂自己教学水平。
(3)积极参加教研活动今年4月17日，我作为xx名师工作室的成员参加了名师引领，同优共进--城关片区“同优共进”暨“xx名师工作室”教学交流会，这次交流会我上了一节《乌龟和大象》寓言阅读方法指导常态课。

本着让我成长的出发点，为我提出了好多宝贵的意见，这也将是我成长之路上的宝贵财富。
在评课时，有着多年一线教学就能够演的朱小兰老师的精彩点评，让我受益匪浅，获益良多。
(4)主动学习，我在路上师工加名师工作室的一年当中，我除了积极参加工作室组织的各项教研活动，在活动当中，我学到了很多教育教学理论并开阔了视野。
我也开始看教育类专著，并且像身边的人学习，特别是工作室主持人xx老师对教育工作专注认真的态度以及陈丽芳老师精益求精的态度。
这些对于我这个年轻教师来说是宝贵的财富。
二、团队协作，共创佳绩工作室成立以来，我们也许抱怨过工作的繁忙，但是当我们受到了各界的好评时，觉得一切都是值得的。
我们历时将近一个月录制的九节微课在市上全部获奖，听到这个消息，顿时觉得上天不会辜负努力的人，更何况我们是一个努力的团队。
三、目标引领，我在努力一直以来，我在实践中不断反思，不断总结，找出自己的不足，明确了努力的方向，制定了以下努力目标:
1、在提高课堂时效上下功夫，是学生在每一堂课中有更大的收获。
2、及时总结，加强反思的能力，将自己平时积累的经验、有价值的思考、及时记录下来，以便更快地提升自己的水平。
3、继续增强自身素质的提高，增强业务能力，加强自身的命题技术能
力及口语能力，为明天的教育工作奠定更好的基础。
工作室不仅为我们提供了提高自身素质的空间，也成为我们互相学习，互相促进的大家园。
在这个大家庭里，我们找到了自己前进的方向，在这个大家庭里，我们体会到了互助共进的热情，在这个大家庭里，我们更领略了名师的风采。
