4.产品特点和主要技术参数
4.1 产品特点
PCM525型锤式破碎机安装在桥式转载机主体和机尾部之间。转载机输送煤炭通过破碎机,破碎机的破碎轴带着破碎锤头高速旋转,把大块煤冲击破碎成所需的块度。
本破碎机传动路线:转矩由电动机经液力偶合器、减速器和弹性联轴器传到锤轴。

使 用 说 明 书
使用操作人员应阅读本说明书以及相关设备减速器等的使用说明书, 并经过破碎机设备的安全和使用规程培训, 方允许操作、 维护破碎机。 传动装置的安装、 使用及维护见其说明书。
第一章安全警示
1.警示类型
以下提示指明了锤式破碎机特定部件附近存在的潜在的危险。 虽然这些提示不能涵概所有可能发生的危险,也不能替代实际工作中您对危性的判断,但是它们表明了危性的严重程度。 当您在操作和维护锤式破碎机之前一定要认真阅读和理解提示内容。 严格按本说明书进行。
2) 加油结束后,必须将换向阀置于推进位置。
3) 在按规定注油后,油位指示杆应比注油前有所下降,否则可能出现故障,加油不成功。双线给油器每个出油孔的出油量应调至最大。
4) 操作人员要注意积累:在正常加油中,每个循环摇动手柄的次数及在加油过程中压力值随手柄摇动的次数的变化规律,作为以后加油时参考和故障判断参考之用。
5)破碎机水管路安装按说明书图册中管路安装图所示进行安装连接。
3.试运转
3.1 空运转前必须注意以下事项:
1)各部位联接件不应有松动现象;
2)锤轴组件,转动应灵活无卡阻现象;
3)检查电动机接线,确保锤轴组件运行方向与转载机的刮板运行方向一致。
