它就像是凌晨的一朵花蕾,随着太阳的初升,从你开始聆听起,慢慢展露出她的芳华。

是一台可以放大HD650特质而不改变其风格的耳放。

一:拆机:因为坛子上莱曼的拆机图已看过多次,第一次拆开原机时并没什么惊奇的东西。

PCB板是由波峰焊生产线上组装生产的、不像是小作坊里手工焊接。

这点比SOLO看着舒服一些。

焊点灰暗,估计RoHS认证还没通过。

耳机座,拔码开关,信号输入输出等引线由手工焊接。

松香用的不少,恶心了一回。

注:所有元件参数实测与标示值一致。

2.1.电源部分:2.1.1.环牛,电源牛铁芯接地。

而我使用的则是箭猪小牛牛。

2.1.2.与整流管并联的四个西门子MKP 0.1U电容,减少电源的开关噪音。

2.1.3.四只3.3oem在这里其实是当做保险丝在用的,有几位DIYER都是这几个电阻冒烟了。

2.1.4.主滤波电容:飞利浦BC4700U/40V。

2.1.5.一级阻容稳压.对电源是有正面提升的.2.1.6.WIMA 0.15U 与LM317和337这里几个电容用得非常好。

LM317和337高频响应是较差的.在产品文档里面是建议使用10UF电容并联,而这里使用的两只0.15u电容刚刚好能弥补稳压管的高频响应.特别是15KHZ以上高频。

2.1.7.LED电源状态指示灯。

很长时间以来,我们都对电源部分通过4.7K电阻来点亮两只乳黄色LED灯感到困惑,我认为主要是为了标示电源状态。

電源供應器 (五) 穩壓器 (Regulators) 概述孫恩宏/Steve Sun1. Zener 二極體與穩壓 (Regulation)這裡我們只想要大概的介紹一下穩壓器的概念及如何使用穩壓器. 順便想灌輸一個概念: 穩壓的使用並不只限於電源級, 擴大機的其他部分, 只要是需要穩定電壓的地方, 就可以使用穩壓器。

最簡易的穩壓器應該是 Zener 二極體. Zener 二極體的電路符號是:先看一下 Zener 二極體的 V-I 曲線:Zener 二極體的 V-I 曲線和一般二極體的 V-I 曲線幾乎沒有不同. 和一般二極體不同的是: Zener 二極體是利用電流, 逆向工作. 這是 Zener 二極體最與眾不同的地方。

假設 Zener 二極體的陰極電位高於陽極電位:從 Zener 二極體的 V-I 曲線, 可以看到: 通過 Zener 的電流是 I0 時, Zener 兩端的電位差是 V0通過 Zener 的電流是 I1 時, Zener 兩端的電位差是 V1. 而且 V0, V1 的差距很小. 因為這個現象, Zener 二極體可以用來當成並聯穩壓器 (shunt regulator):電源供應器 (五) 穩壓器 (Regulators) 概述發表於 2003年01月24日 由 孫恩宏當負載需要較大電流時, 流經 Zener 的電流會減少. 反之, 當負載需要較少電流時, 流經 Zener 的電流會增加. 因為通過電流的大小對 Zener 兩端的電位差影響很小. 所以可以達到穩壓的效果. 上圖中的電阻是用來控制通過 Zener 的最大電流. 假設輸入電壓是 15 – 20 V, 使用 1N4733 (5.1 V, 1W), R = 300 Ohm, 利用歐姆定律, I = V/R = (20 – 5)/300 = 50 mA。

所以, 通過 Zener 的最大電流是 50 mA. 輸出電壓 “大概” 是 5.1 V. 如果您更仔細觀查 Zener 的 V-I 曲線, 您應該看出: Zener 只能用來作粗糙的穩壓. 拿 1N4733 為例, 它的輸出電壓在 4.8 – 5.4 V 之間。

而直流稳压电源是常用的电子设备,它能保证在电网电压波动或负载发生变化时,输出稳定的电压。

一个低纹波、高精度的稳压源在仪器仪表、工业控制及测量领域中有着重要的实际应用价值而电源是电子设备的心脏部分,其质量的好坏直接影响着电子设备的可靠性而且电子设备的故障60%来自电源,因此作为电子设备的基础元件,电源受到越来越多的重视.现代电子设备使用的电源大致有线性稳压电源和开关稳压电源两大类. 所谓线性稳压电源,是指在稳压电源电路中的调整管是工作在线性放大区. 将220V,50Hz 的工频电压经过线性变压器降压以后,经过整流,滤波和稳压, 输出一个直流电压.我们做两类电源比较。

线性稳压源的优点是:电源稳定度及负载稳定度较高;输出纹波电压小;瞬态响应速度快;线路结构简单,便于维修;没有开关干扰。

缺点是:功耗大,效率低,其效率一般只有35~60%;体积大,质量重,不能微小型化;必须有较大容量的滤波电容. 其中,交换效率低下是线性稳压电源的重要缺点,造成了资源的严重浪费. 在这种背景下,开关稳压电源应运而生. 任何电子设备均需直流电源来供给电路工作.特别是采用电网供电的电子产品.为了适应电网电压波动和电路的工作状态变化,更需要具备适应这种变化的直流稳压电源. 随着电子技术的发展,人们对如何提高电源的转换效率,增强对电网的适应性,缩小体积,减轻重量进入了深入的研究.开关电源应运而生.七十年代,便应用于电视机的接收,现在已经广泛用于彩电,录像机,计算机,通讯设备,医疗器械,气象等行业.本文就是利用LM317作为输出电压可变的集成三端稳压块,是一种使用方便、应用广泛的集成稳压块。

LM317的控制端消耗非常少的电流,可忽略不计.所以, 控制端的电位是I x R2,又因为LM317控制端, 输出端接脚间的电位差为1.25 V,所以Out(输出)的电压是:接下来,计算I: out与adj接脚间的电位差为1.25 V,电阻R1.电流I是: 1.25/R1。

高稳定度低纹波直流电源设计线性稳压电源被广泛应用于科研、电力电子、电镀、广播电视发射、通信等领域,是大专高等院校、实验室等进行电子电路研究不可或缺的仪器设备。

但是传统线性稳压电源存在变压器转换效率低、稳压芯片压差大、滤波电路不够完善等缺点,时常出现输出纹波大、效率低、发热量大、间接地给系统增加热噪声等问题。

在历年的电子设计竞赛中,作品在比赛场地测试正常,但在指定测试场地测评时,电路突然烧毁或者性能指标达不到原先水平的现象时有发生,一个重要的原因就是测评场地提供的稳压电源电压波动大、供电电流不稳定、正负电压不匹配。

因此,高稳定性、低纹波的稳压电源是科研创新和电子设计竞赛不可或缺的保障。

1 系统总体方案设计本设计由降压模块、整流滤波模块、线性稳压模块和低通滤波模块组成,如图1 所示。

变压器将220 V/50 Hz 交流电分别降压到±16 V、±6 V、+6 V,通过整流桥堆整流以及大容量电容滤波后,进入正(负)线性稳压模块,再经过低通滤波模块滤除直流以外的干扰信号,分别输出±15 V、±5 V、+5 V 的稳定电压。

2 主要功能模块分析2.1 整流滤波模块整流滤波电路主要由整流桥堆和大容量滤波电容组成,如图2 所示。

整流桥堆具有体积小巧、输出电流大、安装方便等优势,并能代替由4 只二极管组成的传统桥式整流电路。

滤波电路采用大容量电解电容滤波,增加了输出电压的稳定性。

根据式(1)可求出所需滤波电容容量。

当输出电压为5 V、电流为2 A 时,R=U/I=2.5 Ω,此时,C=kT/2R =20 000 μF,其中,k=5 。

电容耐压Umax≥√2Ui≈24.038 V.其中,Ui=17 V,因此Umax取值为25 V.在电解电容C6 两端并联一个0.01μF 的瓷片电容C10 可以有效抑制高频干扰。

图2 桥式整流滤波电路2.2 线性稳压模块LT1083/LT1033 系列正负可调稳压器的效率大大高于现有器件,可以提供7.5 A、5 A 和3 A 输出电流,并能在低至1 V 的压差条件下运行,压降在最大电流条件下保证在1.5 V 以内。

LM317稳压电路LM317是可调节3端正电压稳压器,在输出电压范围1.2伏到37伏时能够提供超过1.5安的电流,此稳压器非常易于使用。

不过在用的时候要注意功耗问题,注意散热问题。

LM317有三个引脚,一个输入一个输出一个电压调节,输入引脚输入正电压,输出引脚接负载,电压调节引脚一个引脚接电阻(200左右)在输出引脚,另一个接可调电阻(几K)接于地,输入和输出引脚对地要接滤波电容。

1,2脚之间为1.25V电压基准。

为保证稳压器的输出性能,R1应小于240欧姆。

改变R2阻值即可调整稳压电压值。

D1,D2用于保护LM317。

LM317作为输出电压可变的集成三端稳压块,是一种使用方便、应用广泛的集成稳压块。

317系列稳压块的型号很多:例如LM317HVH、W317L等。

电子爱好者经常用317稳压块制作输出电压可变的稳压电源。

稳压电源的输出电压可用下式计算,V o=1.25(1+R2/R1)。

仅仅从公式本身看,R1、R2的电阻值可以随意设定。

然而作为稳压电源的输出电压计算公式,R1和R2的阻值是不能随意设定的。

首先317稳压块的输出电压变化范围是Vo=1.25V—37V(高输出电压的317稳压块如LM317HV A、LM317HVK等,其输出电压变化范围是Vo=1.25V—45V),所以R2/R1的比值范围只能是0—28.6。

它的使用非常简单,仅需两个外接电阻来设置输出电压。

此外它的线性调整率和负载调整率也比标准的固定稳压器好。

LM117/LM317 内置有过载保护、安全区保护等多种保护电路。

其次是317稳压块都有一个最小稳定工作电流,有的资料称为最小输出电流,也有的资料称为最小泄放电流。

最小稳定工作电流的值一般为1.5mA。

由于317稳压块的生产厂家不同、型号不同,其最小稳定工作电流也不相同,但一般不大于5mA。

当317稳压块的输出电流小于其最小稳定工作电流时,317稳压块就不能正常工作。

当317稳压块的输出电流大于其最小稳定工作电流时,317稳压块就可以输出稳定的直流电压。

以声音的能量(幅值与时间的积分)来考察NOS的16bit非超取样与OS的20bit 8X超取样的情形,从计算可以得出,当出现1/2 LSB差错时,NOS允许的JITTER是173PS,OS允许的JITTER是1.35PS,因此,NOS比OS具有Jitter免疫力上的优势。

与此同时,这个1.73PS 的JITTER指标是一个极高的指标要求,事实上在目前的技术条件下是不可能在实际中实现的,因此,OS的指标要大打折扣。

也就是说,超取样并不能获得理论上的精度。

(2)OS在插值运算上不可避免出现差错是最常见的FIR数字滤波,它是将原有的数据移位并覆盖,当乘以一个系数去覆盖原有数据时,会在16Bit以下出现新的信息,并且为了覆盖这个新的信息,需要使用更高Bit来处理。

例如,高性能的数字滤波芯片SM5842,这个处理是由32Bit进行,以20Bit作滤波器输出,在这个重新量化过程中,会产生更多的差错。

最近,这个问题通过滤波器与8倍超取样同时进行而得到缓解,但即便是这样,仍无法避免差错的出现。

因此,如果把所有这些差错全部计算在内,NOS的16bit比8倍OS的20bit的精度要高。

也就是NOS能够“起死回生”的理论原因吧。

为什么当年NOS技术没能存活下来呢?或许我们可以这样去猜想当中的原因:(1)厂家由于商业利益而对OS技术的大力推动,再加上NOS 技术那难看的指标,失去存在的基础,使其被人抛弃;(2)那时候人们对“数码味”并不反感,反而觉得新鲜,就像当年声音生硬的晶体管机胜出真空电子管(胆管)机一样;(3)高品质的DAC芯片在NOS技术时期没有出现;(4)当年没有认识到数码音响中Jitter对音质的影响,因而未能“发现”NOS DAC的优势。

NOS DAC工作于CD的标准格式即一倍取样频率(Fs=44.1KHz)、16bit之下,在电路结构上,这种解码器省去数字滤波器芯片,减少了器件数量,大大降低了制作成本和制作难度,而且由于具有天然的Jitter免疫优势,从而减轻了对PCB布局走线及其它细节的要求,很容易就能获得自然真实的声底和良好的声音品质。

The LT®1033 negative adjustable regulator will deliver up to 3A output current over an output voltage range of –1.2V to –32V. Linear Technology has made significant improvements in these regulators compared to previous devices, such as better line and load regulation, and a maximum output voltage error of 1%. The LT1033 is easy to use and difficult to damage. Internal current and power limiting as well as true thermal limiting prevents device damage due to overloads or shorts, even if the regulator is not fastened to a heat sink. Maximum reliability is attained with Linear Technology’s advanced processing techniques combined with a 100% burn-in in the thermal limit mode. This assures that all device protection circuits are working and eliminates field failures experienced with other regulators that receive only standard electrical testing.
