二、电线电缆的分类随着社会的飞速发展,科学技术的不断进步,电线电缆的品种越来越多,目前粗略统计有一千多种,两万多个规格.根据制造工艺、结构特点、功能要求、产品的用途可以分为五大类:1、裸电线—---指仅有导体,而无绝缘层的产品,其中包括铜、铝等各种金属和复合金属圆单线、各种结构的架空输电线用的绞线、软接线、型线和形材.2、电力电缆—--电力电缆是在电力系统的主干线路中用以传输和分配大功率电能的线材产品。

其中包括1—500kV及以上各种电压等级、各种绝缘的电力电缆。

3、电气装备用电线电缆—--从电力系统的配电点把电能直接传送到各种用电设备、器具的各种电源连接线,各种工农业用的电气安装线和控制信号用的电线电缆。

这类产品使用面广,品种多,而且要结合所用设备的特性和使用环境条件来确定电缆的结构和性能。

因此,除了那些大量通用产品外,还有许多专用的特种电缆。

4、通信电缆和光缆—---通信电缆是传输电话、电报、电视、广播、传真、数据和其他电信信息的电缆.HYV MHYV SYV-75(射频电缆原先生产)。

5、电磁线;三、电线电缆的型号每一种电线电缆都有其名称,电缆型号一般用一系列汉语拼音字母和阿拉伯数字来表示的。

一个完整的型号由以下七部分组成,即构成电缆的各个组成部分:1-分类或用途号,用拼音的首字母表示.如JK表示架空线;C表示船用电缆;K表示控制电缆等等。

工作电压:AC220V(接线端L-N电源输入端口)。

2、操作面板及按键说明AK500-L1LP控一排污泵启动按【启动】键启动水泵;停止按【停止】键停止水泵;复位按【复位】键为清除水泵当前故障,如故障仍未恢复,则会再次故障报警;手/自动按【手/自动】键切换控制器为手动或自动模式;AK500-L2LP控二排污泵1#启动按【1#启动】键启动1#水泵;1#停止1、按【1#停止】键停止1#水泵;2、当1#水泵发生故障时,长按【1#停止】键5秒进行故障复位操作,如故障仍未解决,则会再次故障报警。

2#启动按【2#启动】键启动2#水泵;2#停止1、按【2#停止】键停止2#水泵;2、当2#水泵发生故障时,长按【2#停止】键清5秒进行故障复位操作,如故障仍未解决,则会再次故障报警。

主泵选择按【主泵选择】键为选择1#泵或2#泵作为主用,另一台作为备用泵。

长按【主泵选择】手/自动按【手/自动】键切换控制器为手动或自动模式;2、功能设置:轮泵功能开关:长按【主泵选择】键5秒为轮泵功能开启或者关闭。

开启后,轮泵功能只针对液位信号进行轮泵运行动作;轮泵运行时,主泵指示灯不发生变化。

提示音:“嘀”一声为开启轮泵功能(默认);“嘀嘀嘀”三声为关闭轮泵功能。

故障类型选择:长按【手/自动】键5秒为切换故障反馈信号常开或常闭。

monel K-500合金简介特种合金原材料冶金质量要求非常高,为了获得高质量的合金,必须准确控制合金成分和减少合金中的气体、有害夹杂及非金属夹杂物含量来提高合金的纯洁度,下面康晟航材来带大家了解一下monel K-500合金的特性:合金K500是一种沉淀硬化的镍铜铝合金, 结合了400合金优异的耐腐蚀性能和更高强度和硬度,性能超越其他镍铜合金。

添加了钛和铝元素,使K500的拉伸强度提升为400合金的两倍,屈服强度是400合金的三倍。

这种高强度可以一直保持至649°C,而当温度低至-240°时,该材料仍具延展性和韧性。

K500合金的另外一个优势是在低至-129°C 的温度下保持无磁性质。

因此,对于带电子设备或内含电子设备,视磁场为干扰因素的应用来说,K500是很理想的材料,例如井下设备。

K500还具有火花电阻和优异的耐腐蚀性能,耐受多种化学元素及海事环境,例如盐,碱,酸,非氧化酸。

可以通过酸洗或浸亮工艺去除磁性膜,这样就能恢复材料的无磁性质了。

K500兼具无磁性质,高强度,良好的耐腐蚀性能,因此广泛用于油井勘探设备和电子部件。
