It is the policy of Vishay Semiconductor GmbH to 1. Meet all present and future national and international statutory requirements. 2. Regularly and continuously improve the performance of our products, processes, distribution and operating systems with respect to their impact on the health and safety of our employees and the public, as well as their impact on the environment. It is particular concern to control or eliminate releases of those substances into the atmosphere which are known as ozone depleting substances ( ODSs ). Vendor independence and openness are guaranteed by the PROFIBUS standard EN50170. With PROFIBUS, devices from different manufacturers can inter-communicate. Suitable interfaces exist for PLCs, which include the Siemens, Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley range.PROFIBUS-DP (De-central Periphery) is described in DIN 19245 Part 3, and forms part of EN 50170 with P-Net and WorldFIP. 0D5八速自动变速器是在0BK自动变速器的基础上改进而成,奥迪内部编号AL552-8Q,ZF编号8HP65A,用于初始最大扭矩为700Nm的发动机。

奥迪0D5自动变速器使用100%的线控换挡技术,变速器控制单元是防盗锁止系统的共享单元。

0D5自动变速器的主要更新包括带有内置离心摆的双减振器变矩器;采用改良型换挡元件的加强型齿轮组,制动器B由一个单向作用油缸触发,制动器A和B的膜片套件配有用于膜片主动分离的波形弹簧;机电控制模块带有改良型液压接口和车辆电气插头;塑料制的自动变速器油(ATF)油底壳带有内置ATF抽吸滤清器,ATF放油螺栓采用卡口接头代替以前的螺纹;用于自动变速器、分动箱和前桥主减速器的三个独立的供油装置。

一、换挡操纵机构全新奥迪Q7的创新之处在于换挡操纵机构和操作方案采用100%线控换挡技术。

在选挡杆和变速器之间不存在机械连接。

换挡操纵机构探测驾驶员要求,并以纯电子方式传输至变速器。

驻车锁通过电控液压方式操控并自动激活,自动P挡功能。

机械式紧急解锁装置可以在出现故障时解锁驻车锁,以使车辆能够移动。

通过自动换挡槽只能选择R挡、N挡、D挡和S挡。

只能通过P按键手动激活驻车锁。

选挡杆上没有P挡位置。

启用手动模式时,必须将选挡杆压入tiptronic换挡槽内,只有在激活D挡或S挡时才可行。

换挡杆传感器控制单元J587安装在换挡杆上,如图2所示。

用于传输换挡杆位置和传输手自一体换挡指令。

诊断地址81,数据总线通信是信息娱乐CAN上的共享单元,只能与换挡杆块体一同更换,换挡杆与自动变速器间没有机械连接。

换挡操纵机构和变速器之间通过信息娱乐控制器局域网(CAN)–网关–FlexRay交换数据。

选挡杆传感器控制单元确定选挡杆位置以及按键信号,并将其传输至变速器控制单元。

Communication issues could be caused by incorrect software parameters,such as slave ID and register address,or incorrect hardware parameters such as baudrate and interface.With Modbus Protocol Traffic Monitor support,you can check the captured data and easily identify the root cause.A Variety of Maintenance FunctionsThe MGate W5108/W5208Series of gateways support a web console and Telnet console
