)》样章:LM1246 三通道前置视频放大器LM1246是一款新型的带宽为150MHz宽带视频放大器。

其具有许多优秀的功能,主要的有以下一些:内建增强型的I2C兼容微控制接口;ROM内含512个字符空间,RAM内含512个字符空间,4个8位的数模转换输出接口;屏显窗口具有淡入淡出功能和透明的半级灰度功能;无信号时的屏幕保护功能;供电电压跌落时,消除亮点功能;行场消隐;电源电压降至65%时转入安全模式。

LM1246常常和视放输出电路LM246X、偏置电路LM2479/80配合使用。

LM1246的后缀很多,不同的后缀代换容易导致屏显不正常,代换时需要注意。

工作电压范围:4.75V≤V CC≤5.25V。

液晶显示器电源(FAN7601)LAF00012010-01-08 15:41液晶显示器电源电路图220V交流市电通过交流保险管F101后进入由CXl01、LFl01等组成的抗干扰电路,经抗干扰电路处理后再进入BDl01进行整流。

为了防止瞬间大电流冲击,在整流后加入了THl01 NTC 热敏电阻,最后经C101滤波生成约300V的直流电压。

从中可以看出,本电路不同于其他显示器开关电源的地方,一是THl01的位置不同(一般电路多设置在电源进线端),另一点就是未设置电源开关,从而决定了只要插头接人市电,整个开关电源电路就开始工作,这也恰恰是借助于FAN7601优良的“绿色”功能来实现的。

整流滤波电路产生的约300V直流电压分两路输入开关电源电路,一路经开关变压器T1的①一②绕组加到开关管Q101的漏极。

另一路通过启动电阻R117加到开关电源PWM控制器FAN7601的①脚,通过启动控制电路由⑦脚对外部电容c108充电,当C108两端电压上升到11V时,FAN7601内部振荡电路起振,从⑥脚输出驱动脉冲,通过D103、R106、R107加到Q101栅极,使开关管工作于开关状态。

开关变压器各绕组有感应电压产生,通过各整流滤波系统向负载提供直流电压。

其中开关变压器的③-④绕组产生感应电压经R105限流、I)102滤波后向FAN7601的⑦脚提供芯片工作电压,启动控制电路关断①脚的电流输入。

在以往的开关电源维修中,尽管采用启动电阻功率比较大但依然是易损元件之一,而且发热量也比较大,实际上就是由于通电后启动电阻一直有电流通过的原因。

而在这款电源中,启动电阻却采用了一个0Ω的贴片元件,是明显区别于其他电路的,这里我们学习到新型“绿色电源芯片”内部都设有一个启动开关,一旦电源达到正常工作状况(启动过程结束),就会切断启动电阻器,这样便可省去一大部分的功率损耗。

其电路本身的故障率也接近于零该机稳压控制电路主要由U101、光电耦合器PC201、精密稳压器件U201(KIA431)及取样电阻R205、R211、R214、R210等组成。

2、电源连线告警:当FLEXI EDGE基站的配置小于等于12(小于等于6 块物理载频)时,只需一个系统模块(ESMA),此时 载频的BUS线和电源线都接于ESMA上,顺序依次是从左 到右为1、2、3、4、5、6。 而当FLEXI EDGE基站的配置大于12(即大于6块物 理载频)时,除需一个系统模块(ESMA)外,还需要一个 系统扩展模块(ESEA),此时载频BUS线全部接在ESEA上, 而载频的电源线则需要接在ESEA和ESMA上,且接于ESEA的 顺序从左到右依次是是1、2、3、4、5、6,接于ESMA的顺 序从左到右依次则是10、11、12、7、8、9。 如一个S8/8/8的配置,其连线如下图所示:

它可能只影响到某一块或某几块载频,所以当我们看到FLEXI EDGE的站点 只有某块载频出现7607告警时,不要以为说就是载频或连线或合路器的问题, 而不去怀疑是不是天馈系统有问题。 处理方法:FLEXI EDGE基站7607告警除了检查载频、连线、合路器和 天馈系统外,如果问题还没有得到解决,需要集成一下而且 在集成的过程中重做硬件数据库连线能解决问题。 特别说明:FLEXI EDGE基站的7607告警有时是无线环境引起的,所以 如果排除硬件、连线及天馈问题且重新做集成后告警然 没有消除的话,需要转请网优协助处理。

其具有许多优秀的功能,主要的有以下一些:内建增强型的I2C兼容微控制接口;ROM内含512个字符空间,RAM内含512个字符空间,4个8位的数模转换输出接口;屏显窗口具有淡入淡出功能和透明的半级灰度功能;无信号时的屏幕保护功能;供电电压跌落时,消除亮点功能;行场消隐;电源电压降至65%时转入安全模式。

LM1246的后缀很多,不同的后缀代换容易导致屏显不正常,代换时需要注意。

七彩虹CVN B760I 登陆舰主板,作为B760芯片组还是ITX的小主板,它的配置与性能究竟如何,能否带得动13代酷睿的高端处理器,让我们一探究竟。

规格既然这次评测的主角是七彩虹CVN B760I FROZEN WIFI 登陆舰主板,那自然是要介绍一下B760芯片组。

由于13代酷睿与12代酷睿采用同样的LGA1700封装,因此新的B760主板可以搭配12代酷睿处理器使用,而B660或者其他600系列主板也可以通过BIOS升级支持最新的13代酷睿处理器。

相比B660芯片组,B760芯片组调整了PCIe通道的规格,PCIe4.0的通道由原来的6条增至10条,不过PCIe3.0的通道则直接减半,缩减至4条,猜测这也是因为PCIe4.0的快速普及所做出的调整。

另外值得一提的是这代B760芯片组依旧支持DDR4和DDR5,这对竞品B650的打击将是致命性的,毕竟隔壁仅支持DDR5的内存,升级成本无疑更高。

处理器支持16条PCIe5.0通道和4条PCIe4.0通道与前代没有区别,芯片组与处理器之前的通道,依然是DMI4.0×8,相当于PCIe4.0×8,带宽为单向128Gb/s。

不过存储方面有细微的变动,USB3.2Gen1x15Gb/s由6个增加到了8个。

与此同时,USB2.0的最大支持数也提升至14个,给更多外接设备提供了支持空间,不过相比旗舰级的Z790还略有差距。

It is specially designed for theoff-line adapter application and the auxiliary power supplies which require high efficiency at a light load and no load. The internal high voltage start-up switch and the burst mode reduce the power loss. The FAN7601 includes some protections such as latch protection and over voltageprotection. The latch protection can be used for over voltage protection and/or thermal protection and so on.
