The host system can detect whether a program or erase operation is complete by reading the I/O7 ( Data Polling) and I/O6 (toggle) status bits. After a program or erase cycle has been completed, the device is ready to read array data or accept another command. The sector erase architecture allows memory sectors to be erased and reprogrammed without affecting the data contents of other sectors. The A29400 is fully erased when shipped from the factory. The hardware sector protection feature disables operations for both program and erase in any combination of the sectors of memory. This can be achieved via programming equipment. The Erase Suspend feature enables the user to put erase on hold for any period of time to read data from, or program data to, any other sector that is not selected for erasure. True background erase can thus be achieved. Power consumption is greatly reduced when the device is placed in the standby mode. The hardware RESET pin terminates any operation in progress and resets the internal state machine to reading array data.

系统组成见系统图。
监测参数如下:烟气:so2、nox、o2、粉尘浓度、流量、温度、压力(监测点位于入烟囱前的烟道上)。
测量参数(so2,o2)同时可以为为脱硫系统(fgd)提供工艺控制参数及计算脱硫效率。
烟气监测(so2、nox、o2、粉尘浓度、流量、温度、压力)参数用于环保排放监测,其中气体组分(so2、nox、o2)采用一拖一方式。
即在入烟囱前的烟道上安装气体采样探头和采样管线,输送至分析机柜进行检测分析。
烟气其它参数(粉尘、流量、温度、压力)监测安装在烟道上直接测量,测量输出传到分析室电控柜进行数据采集。
烟气监测参数经过信号处理传输至分析室电控柜plc2。
das(数据处理系统)计算机与电控柜plc进行通讯(pc/ppi方式)采集到环保要求的数据。
通过pas-das软件对这些数据进行计算处理(按hj/t76标准),以实现环保数据的存储、打印、统计、传输的功能。
1.2气体监测烟气的气体分析(so2、nox、o2)采样方法采用直接抽取加热法。
气体分析器选用西门子公司生产的ultramat23多组分红外气体分析仪。
测量原理: so2,nox nrir不分光红外法o2 电化学法气体分析系统由采样探头、取样管线、样品预处理系统、气体分析器、分析仪表柜等组成。
1.3粉尘监测采用德国durag公司d-r216粉尘监测仪。

真空包的分、合闸操作体现了整个主断路器的分合闸状况,具体 表现为对动触头的操作,通过右端传动轴头组装导向来自气动部 分产生的机械动力来完成,这样就可以保证它的轴向运动。
(三)控制部分 控制部分包括如图所示储风缸10、调压阀9、压力开关、电磁阀8 、压力气缸7、保持线圈6、肘节机构5、110V控制单元3等操纵 控制部件。
BVAC N99交流真空主断路器采用电空控制。该控制通过空气管路,在动触头快速合闸 过程中提供必需的压力。储风缸10是实现断路器气动控制的气压源,其要求能够满足在 机车对断路器不供气的状态下,其残存压缩空气至少能使断路器完成一次动作;调压阀9 安装在断路器进气口与储风缸之间,通过对其气压值进行整定,用以保证进入储风缸内 的气压值,同时,调压阀上安装有一空气过滤阀,以保证进入储风缸气体的清洁与干燥 ;压力开关(图中未表示出来)安装于储风缸上与调压阀相对一侧,其与储风缸内气体 相连,用以监控断路器合闸的最小气压值,当储风缸内气压低于其整定值时,就会自动 断开,并通过低压控制线路将信息反馈给110V控制单元,以使断路器拒绝进行操作;电 磁阀8控制储风缸内的气流的通断。压力气缸7把空气压力转化为机械作用力;保持线圈6 安装于气缸上部,通过对气缸活塞的吸合,实现对断路器合闸状态的保持;肘节机构5用 以实现真空断路器分闸时的快速脱扣,保证断路器快速地分断;110V控制单元3安装在 真空断路器底板下部,通过其对断路器的动作进行整体控制。

1.2 主要特点1.2.1 本机为微机控制,A.整体式机电合一,外形结构见图1。
B.分体式:泵体和控制系统分开、电缆最长12米。
1.2.2 机械传动及整体结构合理有减震防噪措施,噪声极小。
1.2.3 宝石柱塞及宝石球阀座均为标准件,维修更换方便。
1.2.4 国内首创独家使用非圆齿轮曲柄连杆机构,缓冲器、密封件在设计、工艺、材料各方面的不断改进。
死体积小的流路构成等诸种措施,保证流量计量精度,耐压及平稳性好。
1.2.5 控制系统由于采用了89C52单片机,利用其运算、定时、计数等功能直接产生主控脉冲控制步进电机转速,从而使泵的流量精度高、重复性好。
1.2.6 工作参数设置采用键盘输入,触摸式键盘操作,具有四位数码显示,直观,操作方便。
1.2.7 具有压力测量和过压、欠压保护系统,使泵系统工作安全可靠。
1.2.8 具有压缩自动补偿程序控制,使泵在高压下工作时,流量精度保持稳定。
1.2.9 具有与微机接口,可多机通讯。
