接口允许几个卡垛叠,通过他们的外部连接。

接口完全符合最新的消费者标准,叫做SD 卡系统标准,由 SD 卡系统规范定义。

SD 卡系统是一个新的大容量存储系统,基于半导体技术的变革。

它的出现,提供了一个便宜的、结实的卡片式的存储媒介,为了消费多媒体应用。

SD 卡可以设计出便宜的播放器和驱动器而没有可移动的部分。

一个低耗电和广供电电压的可以满足移动电话、电池应用比如音乐播放器、个人管理器、掌上电脑、电子书、电子百科全书、电子词典等等。

使用非常有效的数据压缩比如 MPEG,SD 卡可以提供足够的容量来应付多媒体数据。

框图:SD 卡上所有单元由内部时钟发生器提供时钟。

接口驱动单元同步外部时钟的 DAT 和 CMD 信号到内部所用时钟。

本卡由 6 线SD 卡接口控制,包括:CMD,CLK,DAT0-DAT3。

在多 SD 卡垛叠中为了标识SD 卡,一个卡标识寄存器(CID)和一个相应地址寄存器(RCA)预先准备好。

多普达838用SD卡刷机教程导出ROM导出ROM除手机和数据线以外,需要准备以下硬件:l一块128M或以上容量的Mini SD卡l一个支持Mini SD卡的读卡器l一台安装Windows操作系统的PC还需要以下工具软件,为方便大家,所有工具软件均可从文档中复制并粘贴到PC中:l手机解锁工具:l连手机远程终端软件:l数据读写软件:l所需的各版本ROM文件,因文件太大,就不放在文档中了,目前我有简体中文版、繁体中文版和O2的英文版ROM文件,有需要的朋友可以与我联系。

QQ:242456下面说说操作方法。

1、做好Mini SD卡的准备工作。

因为卡可能以前使用过,就算经过删除和格式化,也只是在文件分配表作了删除标记,数据区的内容还存在,有可能会对ROM的导出导入产生影响,因此先用数据读写软件WINHEX将数据区全部填充0。

A、将Mini SD卡插入读卡器,插到PC上,运行WINHEX软件,取消跳过启动中心画面。

选择菜单:工具-磁盘编辑器,会跳出如下图所示的磁盘选择窗口,记住要选择“物理媒体”下的“可移动媒介”,不要选逻辑驱动器。

不同机器可能内容不同。

点确定后,将打开Mini SD的编辑窗口,如下图所示,卡上是有内容的B、选择菜单:编辑-全选,所有的数据区将显示一个灰色的底色,表示在选定状态,然后选择菜单:编辑-填充选块,将弹出如下所示的窗口:点“确定”后会有几个警告信息窗口弹出,全部选“确定”跳过,然后会出现一个正在填充选块的进度条,待进行完后,填充工作完毕,可取出Mini SD卡备用,关闭PC的WINHEX软件。

2、手机进入Bootloader界面,也就是俗称的“三色屏”。

按住手机的“照相”键不放,打一针(用触笔点reset孔),保持住照相键,直到屏幕上显示红绿蓝三色,下面一条白边的背景。

3、在PC中终止Activesync的进程,其进程名为wcescomm.exe,直到右下桌面右下角Activesync的图标消失。

消除影响JESD204B 链路传输的因素作者:Ian Beavers ,ADI 公司应用工程师JESD204B 串行数据链路接口针对支持更高速转换器不断增长的带宽需求而开发。

作为第三代标准,它提供更高的通道速率最大值(每通道高达12.5 Gbps),支持确定延迟和谐波帧时钟。

此外,得益于转换器性能的提升——这些转换器兼容开放市场FPGA 解决方案,并且可扩展——现已能轻松传输大量待处理的数据。

FPGA 供应商已讨论了许多年有关千兆串行/解串(SERDES)接口的话题,虽然过去大部分模数转换器(ADC)和数模转换器(DAC)并未配备这类高速串行接口。

FPGA 和转换器不与任何通用标准接口,无法利用SERDES 的高带宽。

JESD204B 兼容型转换器能够解决这个问题,而人们针对这种新功能提出了一些问题。

什么是8b/10b 编码,为什么JESD204B 接口需使用这种编码?无法确保差分通道上的直流平衡信号不受随机非编码串行数据干扰,因为很有可能会传输大量相反的1或0数据。

通过串行链路传输的随机数据还可能长时间无活动状态,并在相对较长的时间内为全1或全0。

发生这种情况时,未编码串行数据流的直流平衡被隔离,产生两种极端情况中的一种。

此时,若链路上再次传输有效数据,则很有可能发生位错误,因为线路重新开始偏置。

另外,一个长期的问题是电子迁移,因为相对差分对的另一侧,会保持一侧的差分直流电压。

为了克服这些问题,通常在差分串行数据流中(包括JESD204B)采用8b/10b 编码方案。

8b/10b 编码采用10个数据位,通过查找表方式从源端发送器发送8位初始信息。

这种方式具有25%的固有开销(10b/8b = 1.25),效率较低。
