【篇⼀】保持好⼼情 Keep a Good Mood
Recently, a beautiful woman's pictures caught the public's attention. The amazing thing was that the woman looked like 20 years old while actually she was more than 40! A lot of girls wanted to know how she could make it. The woman told people that besides regular exercise, the most important thing was to keep a good mood. When something or someone annoyed her, she tried to find the balance and solved the problems step by step. She felt so thankful to her families and friends, who supported her all the time. So there was nothing could make her sad for a long time. People are easy to lose control when they meet difficulty, then they start to complain and feel negative about life. In the long time, it is easy to age, even they are young. We need to find the way to relieve bad emotion and to enjoy life.
最近，⼀张美丽⼥⼈的照⽚引起了公众的注意。

令⼈惊讶的是，这个⼥⼈看起来像20岁，然⽽她已经40多岁了！很多⼥孩都想知道她是如何做到的。

这个⼥⼈告诉⼤家除了定期锻炼，最重要的是保持好⼼情。

当有事情或者有⼈让她烦恼时，她会试图找到平衡，⼀步⼀步解决问题。

她⾮常感谢家⼈和朋友⼀直⽀持着她。

所以没有什么能让她长时间难过的。

当⼈们遇到困难时，很容易失去控制，开始抱怨，消极对待⽣活，长时间下去，即使他们还年轻也很容易就变⽼了。

我们需要找到缓解不良情绪的⽅式，去享受⽣活。

【篇⼆】我的军训时光 My Time of Military Training
Military training has become the tradition for freshmen. As a high school student, I needed to accept this experience. I was so worried about myself, because I was so afraid of exposing in the strong sun. The first day was hard for me. We stood in the sun, shouting the slogan and moving our bodies. All of us got wet, but we knew we must keep our pace, or we would lag behind. After three days, I learned very fast and became stronger, I would not give up easily. Military training was a valuable experience for me. I made many friends during the ten days. As we were in a team, we got to know each other and cooperated so well. Though it was a little hard for us to do the training, we found our joy and laughed together.
军训对于新⽣来说已经成为⼀种传统。

作为⼀名⾼中⽣，我需要接受这份经历。

我很担⼼⾃⼰，因为我很害怕把⾃⼰暴露在烈⽇下。

第⼀天对我来说是困难的，我们站在阳光下，喊着⼝号、移动我们的⾝体。

我们全⾝都湿透了，但是我们知道我们必须要坚持，不然就会落后。

三天后，我学得很快，也变得更强了，我不会轻易放弃的。

军训对我来说是⼀份宝贵的经验，我在这⼗天⾥交到了许多朋友。

当我们处在⼀个团队中，就要互相了解和合作。

尽管对我们来说训练有点困难，但是我们找到了在⼀起的欢乐，开颜⼤笑。

【篇三】发出你的声⾳ Let Your Voice Out
Being humble and tolerant are believed to be traditional merits in China, so many people get used to keep silent when they meet unfair situation, because they think things will be solved as time passes. Actually, it only makes things become worse, especially to make the criminal situation increase. Recently, a girl was offended in the high speed train, and most people would choose to pretend nothing happened, because they did not want to make things become complicated, but the girl chose to call the police and let her voice out. The public supported the girl and many people said they met the same situation. It was time to give some punishment for these bad guys. If we meet unfair situation, it is necessary to let our voice out and bring the criminal guys to justice. The society will be much more harmonious.
在中国，谦虚和宽容是传统美德，所以很多⼈在遇到不公平的情况时习惯于保持沉默，因为他们认为随着时间的流逝，事情会得到解决。

事实上，这只会让事情变得更糟，尤其是犯罪情况的增加。

最近，⼀个⼥孩在动车上被冒犯，⼤多数⼈都会选择假装什么都没发⽣，因为他们不想让事情变得复杂，但是这个⼥孩选择了报警，为她⾃⼰发声了。

⼤家都⽀持这个⼥孩，并且很多⼈说她们也遇到过相同的情况。

是时候给这些坏⼈处罚了。

如果我们遇到不公平时，说出来，将罪犯绳之以法是很有必要的。

社会将会更和谐。
